Very good, not bad

Basic hotel, below a normal Holiday Inn. Entire hotel had a funky, musty smell and was warm. Room was ok, but I noticed our bathroom floor wasn't very clean. Would not book this location again. There is not much around it.

Staff not fully engaging and did not greet me when I entered, the indoor pool was too cold use.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was great too! My only negative was the pool. We stayed 2 nights, and both nights the pool water was freezing cold! Like, body tingling cold! They tried to pump warm water in, but either didn’t keep it on long enough, or something went wrong with that too. Either way, the kids still played in the pool as long as they could, but we were all shivering at the end.

The staff was great. Our room could have used some TLC. The shower rod was ripped out of the wall along with paint flakes falling off the walls and tub. Also the bathroom sink faucet was detached from the basin. Other than that it was still a good stay. We just had to overlook some things.

Front desk staff was courteous and quite helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

The property is good for a night stay! Or if you’re taking in a game and don’t want to stay downtown works great. The room was clean the problem was the power to the room. Nothing would power on initially- the tv, I couldn’t iron, because the outlets are powered by this source plugged up behind everything. A staff member did come right away to fix the issue however, the iron was a total loss. They delivered a second one and neither worked very well.

Staff was awesome and went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant.

The hotel was completely non-smoking with plenty of parking available. There were also several nearby restaurants within walking distance to catch a meal whether it be breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

For the cost of the room, i was not impressed. The service was friendly. The exterior looked updated, but it was obvious the hotel was older and/or not maintained. Hallway ceilings appeared to be leaking, carpets were stained. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable and clean, but the sheets looked ragged and the air conditioning barely kept up to keep the room comfortable. We usually stay at Holiday Inns for the comfy beds, clean rooms, and great breakfast...but the breakfast at this hotel was lacking. Broken pancake machine, no biscuits and gravy. Overall i would not book this hotel again bc of plethra of options available in the area.

Suitable hotel for attending a conference at nearby Heritage Center. Loles the indoor heated pool.

Visiting 96 year old aunt in area. Price was a consideration when making choice of hotel. Staff very friendly & kind & Room was very clean. Only criticism I have is lobby furniture was starkly uninviting & lacked color & design. I would stay here again though since room was clean & bed very comfortable!

Easy access to the highway, restaurants and shopping.

The location was convenient, breakfast was always good and a good variety. The problem was the room—torn blinds, rust in shower, peeling tub and spots on carpet. The air conditioner was broken in the exercise room and due to the outside heat very stuffy. Housekeeping failed to clean my room twice🤔
