It was great experience and the hotel hospitality was really perfect.

Absolutely one of the worst place I have stayed in on my two week trip to Turkiye. The rooms were boiling hot. We had to leave our front door and all our windows open while we were sleeping at night,  when we advised management of the issue they were not helpful at all and kept brushing it off. I don’t think I will ever stay there ever again and I will not recommend any friends or family

Nice hotel but we didn’t get to experience most of the amenities since the pool and fitness room floor were closed. Our travel month was October so it was still warm outside and our room was stuffy and hot and there either was no A/C in the room or the system was only on heat for the floor. Either way, we had to open the windows that only partially open on the 9th floor to get some air for the room to be bearable. So the hotel is nice but has needs.

The hotel & room is super clean, nearest to everywhere, staff so friendly & help full.

Room that we booked is reasonably clean. Breakfast is not much variety.

Location is not good, it has a difficult steep walk to the closest metro station They say they provide shuttle, but it is not available on holidays and the attitude of the driver makes you regret taking it The staff is very rude and impolite. The laundry and mini bar charges are a total scam. I paid over $200 for laundry that costs me $30-40 in US, China and Korea. I travel often for work and this is the price range I pay The mini bar has only soft drink and then with little explanation they charged me $70 for a few cans of iced tea and water that will cost you less than $5 if you buy from a supermarket The breakfast had good variety, but you could see signs of air dried cheese and bread ... not fresh No consideration for sleep time. You hear the staff talking near mid night and then they knock at your door at 8:30am for cleaning

I visit Istanbul at least once a year, and I always stay at this hotel. I'm used to it, it's quite nice.

We stayed at the hospital when we came for a doctor's check-up. We chose it because it was within walking distance of the hospital and offered parking. It was nice, clean, a rich breakfast, friendly service, and it was not nice to be told that the room would be checked only upon check-out. When we asked why, they said that they had entrusted the room to us for room use and that they would check it, but they did not tell us that there was such an encumbrance upon check-in and that there would be an inspection upon check-out. They did not present any document regarding the encumbrance and did not clearly declare this issue, so it was a bit annoying. Other than that, there was no problem.

I was informed that the pool was closed before I booked. I booked another hotel and left the hotel and am waiting for a refund.

The room is nice and spacious. The location suited me. You can get to the center by taxi in 15-25 minutes depending on traffic. The staff is responsive, but everything took too long to be resolved, water was leaking from under the sink in the bathroom, I asked for 3 days to fix it and somehow it was difficult, they fixed it at the end of the stay) The breakfast is excellent! I also liked the restaurant. I recommend it to anyone going to the exhibition center or getting a hair transplant.

Very satisfied with my stay at the hotel.
