Very satisfied with my stay at the hotel.

The breakfast is a bit disappointing, but the staff are friendly and the room is very clean.

I really enjoyed my stay. Even when language barrier is an issue in Istanbul, the staff knew good conversational English. I was helped throughout. The breakfast was really nice, the options were good. I would just recommend that the fruits should be cut too. But full ones are good too.

That was a remarkable experience in this hotel. Breakfast was awesome and delicious. There was pool inside and outside the hotel. Staff of the hotel was kind and polite. Rooms was clean and also had a citywide view. The hotel is in the Europe side of turkey and in the very good location, near by the sisli street and Jevajir mall which end to the taksim square and esteklal street.

Terrible experience at the check in as they forced us to pay extra even-though booking was done through ******* app and full payment was already made. Can not rely on the hotel as you don’t know what you face or can expect after a very long flight. We will definitely not go back.

Stay at this hotel for a conference and we’re very happy with our experience. Our room was large and with a comfortable bed and sheets. The staff cleaning the rooms was very attentive and always we’re ready to provide service. The main lobby area is quite large, and the staff of the reception were very attentive as well. The Breakfast area is fairly large even with an outdoor area and the breakfast was quite extensive and well prepared. The only negative is the location which is relatively far from all the touristy areas and many of the upscale restaurants, however, is very easy to access with a taxi.

Everything is good ,,, Breakfast is very good,,, Room clean,,, Room service is excellent,,, They also gave us early check in,,,Its far from public transports and you have to pay for taxi,,, but its only 100 lira to Taksim,,, they also have free shuttle to Cevahir Mall & Taksim square. The only annoying thing is the morning breakfast you will face the surgery hair transplanted men with covered Head and wounded with reddish blood covers 🤢

We had a good time in the suite. No problems. Variety of choices for breakfast. Front desk will bring any supplies needed. TV is multi-lingual. Only con is the mattress being so soft ands high tub wall. Furniture is somewhat tired looking. Staff are friendly.

We stayed here for a week in June as part of a package deal after surgery. After reading the reviews I was slightly worried and expecting to be disappointed. However I was very pleasantly surprised. Check in was easy and staff were very helpful and polite. The room was average but definitely adequate. All the staff we came in contact with were very polite and friendly. Room service was very prompt and the food was excellent. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was good, but the only issue was that they charged the full amount in the check in Usually in checkin they get the credit card and charge a deposit only but here they charged the full amount, which means they sxare we run away. Other than this everything else was good Very good breakfast, room, staff, etc. were good

Worst hotel, ever 2* star, skanky joint. Dive hotel, not been touched since it was built. Reception looked OK, rooms and staff are rubbish. Was in room 1303, Internet don't work, no black out curtains, bathroom mouldy. Pushy cleaners waking you at 7am, no do not disturb signs. Complained repeatedly to Reception fobbed off with promises to fix it. After 5 days of moaning I had to really kickoff just to get a manager to come look, moved to room 608. It was darker but 24/7 banging. Couldn't wait to check out. Not worth £20 a night, a back packer hostel or a tent would have been a better night's sleep.

Just I can say, will never back to this hotel. It is a 3star hotel, with old furniture and unprofessional team . I had a problems with the broken curtain and TV( just few channel) I shared with the reception team...no one care about it.
