Very nice hotel, extremely clean, comfortable bed/pillows and helpful staff. We had booked a transfer from the airport through the hotel but due to baggage issues at Heathrow about half the people on our flight, including us, didn't get their luggage on landing in Naples. Consequently we were delayed about 2 hours in getting out of the airport but our taxi driver, who turned out to be the hotel owner Andrea, very kindly waited for us. We were very grateful for the toiletries provided in the bathroom until we got our bags 36 hours later. Good choice at breakfast with lovely homemade cakes. Andrea and his staff were all very kind and we enjoyed our stay.

Very good hotel, i think there are two types of rooms, older and newer. We have been stayed in a new room with a balcony and everything was great, the facilities was good and the room was very clean. Good location with a light walking distance from the center. Very kind staff and i highly recommend this hotel, i would back to it again for sure.

Wonderful stay,with excellent friendly staff.The hotel is modern and selflessly clean,it serves an adequate buffet breakfast,and any request is met with good service.The rooms are well appointed and uncluttered,and our room had an uninterrupted view of Vesuvius from the balcony.The hotel is situated near to the town with lots of eating options,5 mind from the Train and bus,and 10 mins walk to the ruins. The proprietor went out of his way to make our stay so enjoyable I would not hesitate to return and would recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in the Naples area

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Hotel Maiuri Pompei. Travelling 4 adults, we booked two twin rooms. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and newly refurbished rooms & bathrooms. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were very attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you especially to Andrea. Andrea gave us great advice of which places to visit in the area and helped with transportation to get to Almalfi coast when public transport was on strike. Hotel is around 15 min walk from city centre, train station, restaurants and bars. I can’t fault the hotel and will definitely go back!

Recently had a wonderful weeks stay with my 3 sons. Owner kindly let us check in very early on our arrival and arranged our transfers to & from airport. Breakfasts were amazing, with beautiful freshly baked sweet treats daily& good overall selection to choose from. Hotel was extremely clean and all the staff were always helpful and friendly. The newly renovated superior rooms on the top floor; were we stayed; were of high quality, with some amazing views. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Pompeii. This hotel is amazing!!! We have an amazing experience with frontdesk and camaraderie in breakfast! The pomodori restaurant is 10m away and its a best option to have dinner close to the hotel. 10 of 10 !!

This is a very modern, super-clean lovely small hotel, perfectly located if you want to enjoy the historical Pompeii sites. The staff, all young, very kind, and extremely knowledgeable, will advise you about what to visit, which restaurant to dine in, and how to get around in the area. Call the hotel directly for excellent attentive service and competitive rates.

Good clean modern hotel functional good room great shower bed comfortable room modern , lighting could do with a dimmer very bright, close to center of Pompei and good restaurants, staff were excellent very friendly and helpful couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was good traditional continental breakfast, staff were milling around and couldn’t do enough for us, parking on site

Fantastic hotel, in a good location, with easy access to the centre of town and tourist sites. Great rooms which were well equipped and clean. Food was good. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Hotel is good for a one -two night stay ...a bit outside town but right opposite an excellent pizzeria at Ravida Resort - the walk to Pompeii ruins is about 20 - 25 minutes - one rail station is closeby (10 min walk) but the train to Sorrento requires a taxi. The breakfast was included and quite good. The staff was helpful and polite.

Great Staff!! We enjoyed the stay, the walk into Pompeii wasn’t too bad and it was easy access to sushi and pizza spots nearby. Great spot for tourists to stay and a great rate.

We arrived at Pompei from Rome August 31 in a bus, few minutes after we left the bus I realized that I was forgot my medicine bag with a couple of others important things in that bus, I can’t explain my desperation but instead I call the hotel for help and a taxi pick up because I was overwhelmed and I thought that one’s at the hotel I could think with clarity. Few minutes after the taxi show up and brought us to the Hotel, and for our totally surprise our taxi driver was the hotel Director wish was the Angel in that desperate situation He call as many people as you can imagine and he finally found the chofer cell phone number and I recovered my bag the same day about 5 pm. What a wonderful person the director and his staff all the employees at the hotel are in the top of everything, breakfast was excellent, the confort of the room and the level of cleaning was meticulous impeccable. What else I can said. We always will be back to that place and always will be recommend to everyone. I hope you guys don’t forget us the same way that we never will. Yami and Joe we love you

This is a very nice hotel at the edge of Pompeii. It is a 5 minute drive and 15 minute walk to downtown Pompeii. There is a restaurant across the street and sushi restaurant next door. 10 minutes away, there is a supermarket and a couple of car rental locations are also nearby. There is a nice breakfast where you can get omelets, cappuccino, espresso, eggs, fruit, yogurt, bread, pastries, etc. The rooms are smaller, but comfortable. It has a shower, bidet, sink in the room. There are balconies, and if your room faces the north you have a view of the mountains and Mount Vesuvius. That is a huge plus! They have included Wi-Fi with high speed internet. Outside they have additional tables. Parking is spacious. The staff are very courteous, friendly and accommodating. They're the true stars of this hotel. Some staff are English speaking which has been helpful for me and the family. Overall it's a lovely place, peaceful and quiet location. For the price it's a great value.

After a very delayed train journey we did not arrive until 11pm but the guy on reception was very helpful and directed us to a pizza place across the road that was still open. Enjoyed our balcony view towards Vesuvius although it was only visible on day 1 due to cloud, not the hotel's fault! We were concerned that the hotel was too far out but it's OK if you don't mind a walk. Very nice front garden in the event of any sun. The lighting in the room and corridors, though, is incredibly bright and there are no bed side lights, just massive LEDs. Breakfast seemed to be way overstaffed with 5 ladies falling each over attempting to do coffee (I think they were the room servicing staff) - tip: ask for bacon & eggs, very nice. There's a very noisy garage beside it and when we left they were wheel grinding or something. All in all, a nice place to stay with accommodating staff.
