It has no internet in the rooms !! Specially 2nd floor room 203 !! Toilet was broken couldn't flush it

Great hotel! the room was so spacious and comfortable. and clean, staff was very nice, covered parking and close to everything downtown.

The room has no hot water for a shower. The tv has large blotches and it’ 8 am and someone is pounding on the walls. I called reception and no one can m as le the pounding stop. It’s been a while since I had a very bad stay.

Very comfortable downtown hotel. The king room we had was a suite with a kitchenette. AC works well. Breakfast included. Overall a very pleasant stay.

It's a great hotel in the walled city. It's clean and comfortable and close to the main square. I recommend this hotel when you stay in Campeche.

It was fine for a short stay. The water took a little while to heat up which isn’t that big of a deal. The only thing that got kind of annoying is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything that’s going on. Past midnight I could hear people talking and in the early morning I could hear the people moving furniture around. The employees were nice. The hotel is in a GREAT area. It’s clean. The breakfast was good. I’d give it a 4/5 overall.
