An almost perfect accommodation experience. Park Hyatt has always been my favorite hotel brand! I arrived at the hotel at 8 o'clock in the morning, and said that the room I booked would be checked in in the afternoon, and the lower floors are available now, so of course I checked in first. It turned out that the room was a little smaller than before, without a bathtub. overall is very good

We had an incredible experience at this hotel, from the check in process with Ibrahim throughout our entire stay. We received excellent service from everyone who worked at this hotel. The breakfast was wonderful and all staff there were kind, professional and extremely attentive. Our wait staff consisted of Kebru, Kadir and Necla all of whom provided us with best in class service. Our room was perfect, gorgeous and large with high ornate ceilings with a sleek bathroom that also had a steam room and an amazing open shower concept. Our room attendant, Serpil, made sure our room was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The spa and gym have been completely renovated and are extremely nice. We would highly recommend this hotel for all of these reasons as well as its location, which is ideal for great shopping, restaurants and really convenient for walking.
