Clean and spacious accommodation. Courteous hosts. No breakfast; however, condo is equipped with full kitchen with a garbage disposal, dishes, and silverware. Condo has a washer and dryer. It has two televisions, so it is almost like having two bedrooms with two entries to the bathroom. Condo has a balcony.

Directions will take you to the wrong condos.Check in is off site they gave us the wrong building number so we spent 2 hrs checking in and finding correct building. Floors were dirty and had sticky, Not a quiet place Leaf blower started up @7am

While in Hawaii, we attended a timeshare spiel and got a week in Branson as an award. We ended up at The Falks in a studio unit. The Falls has NO pool or other typical amenities. You gave “access” to these by driving to another nearby Wyndham property. We are staying for a week. No Wifi! Supposedly, it is being worked on. On day five we still have no WiFi, and we understand this problem is routine for The Falls. When we checked in, we were offered a $30 voucher to a restaurant and a free show for attending a timeshare presentation. We have done this all over the U.S. and never experienced the pressure we endured here . They just wouldn’t accept “no” for an answer. We were told at checkin that the presentation to get our award would be a “video to update us on our benefits, update us on changes to RCI, and would take 90 minutes.” Nope!! It was a VERY short video and over two hours of high pressure sales, as we were passed along to THREE different salesmen with each having difficulty accepting “N-O” as an answer. Essentially, we lost a half day of our vacation with what was supposed to have been 90 minutes. We have stayed in Wyndham properties and attended these pitches before and NEVER been through this kind of treatment. The Falls is not where I would stay if visiting again. Don’t listen to the timeshare spiel, as you can get discounted tickets from lots of places if you search the net.

When choosing a condo try not to get a studio if there is two adults. The bed size is not comfortable at all. Find a king not a so called full size bed. This property is well kept and could be a good place to stay.

We stayed here for a week at the end of June/beginning of July 2023. This “resort” is like an apartment complex. We had a one-bedroom on the first floor. It was clean and more modern in design. Bed was comfortable. Kids used the sofa bed and didn’t complain about comfort. Unit had a balcony (back side was on a hill) that you could get to from the living room or bedroom. Storage was fair. Refrigerator was clean, over and microwave worked well, as did the dishwasher. There was plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, etc., for our trip. There was also dish soap, a new dish scrubber/sponge, dishwasher soap for 2 loads, and some coffee that lasted my husband a few days. It was an accessible room, which we think resulted in some additional space - especially in the bathroom. Because the room was accessible, it didn’t have cabinets under the kitchen sink or the left side bathroom sink (two sinks in bathroom). Bathroom has a tub with a removable shower seat. Shower also had a handheld “wand” in addition to standard shower head. We also had full size front load washer and dryer vs the compact stackable that the check-in paperwork’s said we would have in the room. Wifi was ok. Had some issues getting logged in on my work computer, but it worked fine for phone and tablets. I just told myself it meant I was supposed to be on vacation. LOL. TVs with cable in living room and bedroom. Pool was clean but nothing special. Enjoyed they had music playing in the background. Bathrooms by pool. Lots of stairs to get to the pool. Check in is at another location, and you can use the amenities there. That location feels more like a resort. Multiple pools (nicer, but busier), game area, movie area, and more. We just used the pools though. There’s also a food truck with pizza and pasta that was really good. We’d stay there again and recommend it to friends. Good location in Branson. Not too far from the “*****” but also pretty quiet.

My significant other booked this for the weekend through Airbnb. The ad said it was a suite and pictures made it look spacious. Also relayed we would have exceptional views. This is a scam. We are laying in a murphy full sized bed. Not the king size they advertised. Our view is a bunch of parked cars and a concrete wall. The room is not even 500 sq ft. It also advertised a private balcony. This is also inaccurate. Our neighbors are waking by our windows as we speak in front of all the cars parked. Spent 600 bucks for no privacy.

If you like a firm bed or couch this is the place for you. Walls are very thin. I had to move due to a fire above me and I was treated as if I was the problem. They never once followed up after they moved. After arriving to my third room it wasn't as cleaning and was missing basic items.

Always be aware that the person leading your update may be your worst nightmare. He gave Wyndham a black eye. He was rude, extremely angry and almost threatening. Our accommodations were great, but will have to think twice before staying there again.

We stayed here for a full week. The room was way smaller than we expected. Good thing it was just 2 of us. The walls were also paper thin. We could hear everything going on beside us as well as above us. The pool was nice and we enjoyed it during the day. However, during the evening we were bombarded by mosquitos. I doubt we plan another stay in the future.

We had a 1 bedroom and there were only the two of us. It was spacious, clean, well stocked, and an outside covered patio for relaxing weather permitting. The kitchen was furnished with a full size refrigerator with ice maker, stove, and dishwasher. We cooked breakfast every morning. The sofa was a little uncomfortable, but the bed was comfortable. This is a good value!

They rebooked me last minute ... and told me the new room was better and newly renovated. The room was dirty (crumbs all over the floor, black mold in the shower, dishwasher totally dirty, sticky stains on both tables and all chairs) (I have pictures to prove it). Management wasn't not interested in solving the issue.

We stayed here last year & really enjoyed this place. It’s very nice & having a kitchen is handy. This stay however has left a lot to be desired. We are rewards members with Wyndham & I called the morning we were to arrive & requested an early check in. The woman answering the phone stated “just call when you get to town & if they have a room they’ll give it to you.” No, as a reward member our requests are supposed to be prioritized, but if the clerk won’t take the request…. I let that slide because being a Sunday I knew we’d still have a good chance at getting in early and I hate to start the trip by complaining about employees. Tonight however, we cooked in the condo but when we went to load the dishwasher, it was full of water. We figured someone had just stopped it in the middle of a cycle so we started a quick cycle to drain it. Five minutes later the condo was filling with smoke-so much so we had to open the doors so the fire alarm would not go off. I called the maintenance line & they said they would have someone out “as soon as possible.” 45, yes, 45 minutes later a guy showed up, and even said he could smell the burning outside the door! Electrical issues are especially worrisome-you never know what’s really going on because you can’t see what’s going on, but with any type of fire potential you’d think the response time might be a bit quicker. I’ve managed hotels & can tell you I would fire someone if it took Maint 45 minutes to respond to a report of an appliance smoking that bad. We’re here 4 more days so I hope that everything runs smoothly for the rest of the trip.

It was a wonderful experience. The condo was very clean. Easy check in/out. The condo originally booked was not available due to an inventory mixup. We were notified two days prior to arrival with an upgrade. Will definitely seek Wyndham opportunities when traveling in the future.
