We had an overnight stay here in transit to Namibia and this exceeded all expectations. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the restaurant was amazing. The staff are super friendly and hospitable. The call to check we were happy with our room was a nice touch. The only issue we had was the tap to change the bath to shower option wasn’t working so we had to take a bath instead, but a minor problem in the scheme of things. The 24hr airport transfer service is the best we have ever had anywhere in the world. You just go to the bus terminal at the airport and they will show up every 15 minutes. 5/5 would stay here again!

Hotel staff were friendly. Location is perfect very close to ORT, the hotel has a free shuttle service to and from the airport running every 15minutes. The staff are amazing. We had some perishable products that needed to be stored in their freezer overnight, they were so helpful and kept it the kitchen freezer for us. Great hotel, no complaints

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. To get to the hotel from the airport, go to the arrival hall, follow the sign to Bus Terminal and walk past the car rental offices to reach the bus terminal. The shuttle to the hotel comes every 15 minutes. My room is clean and quiet. Hot water is quite fast from the hot water tap. WiFi is easily accessible in the room and is stable. The breakfast (6-10am) is excellent with English breakfast items (egg, bacon, sausages, beans, toast), continental breakfast items (cold cuts, cheese, bread), salad, fruits, cereals, yoghurt, juices, etc. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

An enjoyable stay. I feel, however, that the rooms (for the price) should be upgraded/updated somewhat especially the bathrooms.

Fantastic hotel close to the airport with a free shuttle that runs every 15 minutes. Friendly helpful staff. Comprehensive buffet breakfast included in the price. Great shower with plenty of hot water and pressure. Wifi was slow and patchy though.

Good place. However, the hotel doesnt have the necessary toiletries like toothpaste and brush, slippers, comb etc... quite inconvenient..The price is not worth it.. my opinion.. the food is nice though
