Very dirty and bad room. As per price rooms were not of the quality and services also very bad. No water pressure in taps. Dirty curtains. Ac not working. Took 4 hours to cool the room. Bad smell in room and from ac also.

Need maintaining, no hair dryer, hot water, iron & foot massager available in the deluxe room. This is not expected.

Fantastic hotel...very good service...have traveled to Kolkata many times for work ..but stayed here for the first time ...and I totally enjoyed the experience...Mr Judhajit Banerjee was in touch before I arrived to Kolkata ,sharing the directions,he ensured a smooth check in as well as a welcome gesture...the room was spacious and the breakfast spread was good with staff who served with a smile...the decor at the breakfast place (tamara) was beautiful ..for dinner at the same restaurant the vibe is wonderful with candle lights and unusual creative kind of glassware and cutlery...the food was delicious...all in all totally recommended

The room was good. Luxirious ! the room was also clean. The staff behaviour was also good ! but the room doesnt has any exhaust ! no ventilation

Washroom was a mess especially the bathing area water overflow, room number 310 wasn’t upto the mark

Had to wait for 4 hours for check in in spite they were well informed abt my check in and check out time a day prior. Gopal gupta from reception doesn’t hv any manners to talk to any human. Guests need to call reception prior to bath else we need to take cold water bath. Over all experience was too bad. Mm t did no help. I choose not to use mm t for any of my upcoming bookings.

I am writing to share my recent experience at the Pipal Tree Hotel during the first week of February 2024, which unfortunately was quite distressing. Despite my office making reservations two months in advance and paying the full amount, I was unexpectedly asked to check out a day after my arrival. The reason provided by the Front Office Manager, Mr. Avishek Das, was urgent maintenance work necessitating the relocation of all guests to nearby hotels. However, as the evening progressed, it became apparent that the hotel had overbooked and was prioritizing a large group attending an alumni meet over individual female guests like myself. When confronted, Mr. Das admitted to deceiving me and revealed the true reason behind the request to vacate my room. I was deeply troubled by Mr. Das's rude and threatening demeanour, and his phone calls forcing me to vacate my room. It was only with the assistance of friends in the city that I was able to resolve the situation. Nevertheless, this experience was unprecedented and unsettling, particularly as a solo female traveller. I feel compelled to caution others against staying at Pipal Tree Hotel and urge you to share this information within your network to prevent others from encountering similar issues.

Good stay. Close to the airport. Rooms are good and clean. Food is good. However a bit costly. Overall useful for air connectivity.

Service is very bad, shower is not working, food quality is not up to the mark, food rate is very high as per quantity

Neat and tidy place with good food and hospitality. Hotel is near airport and well connected. Have a good conference room.
