Reviews of 4Seasons Apartments Cracow

We arrived and honestly we were a bit worried. The foyer was pitch black and the common areas are not very nice. We were on the 5th floor. Be aware there is no lift so not suitable for those with mobility issues. Once inside we found a well equipped apartment. Comfy beds, pillows not great but OK for a few days. Curtains don't fit windows very well and do not block out light and don't give much privacy. Bathroom was a great size and well decorated. Some noise on Saturday nights from some kind of club across the road but not too bad. There is luggage storage but it was no good to us as it closed at 4pm which was too early. There are plenty of places to store luggage in the City. These apartments are in a fabulous location. 10 minute walk to the main square.

On arrival we were met by a very friendly man who showed us to our apartment. It had everything you would need for an extended stay. There's a small restaurant opposite that does a variety of great breakfasts.

Great location everything you need, helpful staff. 10 minute walk to the Old Town, 5 minute walk to Be Happy Museum. Small shop on the same road for milk etc

I was looking for a place located in the city center, yet away from the usual urban noise. Choosing 4Seasons turned out to be a perfect decision — the building has a section facing the courtyard, and at times I felt as if I were in a small mountain town, with virtually no city noise. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, with no visible issues. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious. If you’re looking for accommodation in the city but still want peace and quiet, this place is definitely worth considering.

Although quite basic, overall it was great. Location 5*. - short walk to everything, across road from fab breakfast place and grocery store on the corner. Beds 5* - twin beds which were very comfortable so good nights sleep assured. Bathroom 5* - roomy and fantastic powerful shower. All very good and efficient. Manager 5* - Very responsive and helpful. We left our suitcase there on our departure day. Didn’t use the kitchenette but it looked fine and equipped adequately. 1* off for the long haul upstairs (no one’s fault, just a fact as building can’t have a lift installed) As a more mature visitor it was a challenge with a suitcase to get to the fifth floor. Apartment a bit whiffy which was potentially a shower and basin trap cleaning issue.

We stayed at the 4 seasons apartments for a weekend end of Nov to start of Dec 2024. We stated in a deluxe apartment in the second floor. The apartment is a great size with everything you could need. And was spotless clean. 10 min walk to the square. Loads of great shops and cafes surround the apartment. We would highly recommend these apartments and look forward to returning.

In general i was very disapointed. Photo's we saw were very misleading giving the impression that it was spacious. As soon as we walked into apartment 4B we were in a tiny kitchen with a tiny table and 3 chairs in a corner. 3 chairs for 6 people? Also the floor was in bad need of replacing. Very worn and creaky. Anytime someone had to get up during the night the creaking would wake everyone. Also the sofa/pull out bed and tv was in one of the bedrooms. No sofa or tv in the living/kitchen area which again, i thought was the case due to the photo's i had seen beforehand. Will not stay here again.

Renovated building in the city center of Krakow. Just 10 minutes by walk to the Main Square. Our apartment was quite large, well equipped and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Many groceries around. Opposite apartment very nice breakfast&brunch restaurant. There is only one small issue – there is no lift – but to be honest as in most buildings in the city center of Krakow. We will definitely visit again.

I really enjoyed my stay here - great location, great room, good value for money. Check-in was simple - I met my host in the office at the back of the building. He not only handed me my keys but took the time to go through the map and places I might want to go (all of which I did). The room was great - clean, well kitted out and one of the best showers I have had when staying away. It even had a fully kitted kitchen and a balcony. The security code/ key combination meant that I could come and go when I wanted. The location is good with easy access to old town on foot and the tram system at the end of the road. Checkout was simple - I just had to post the key. Highly recommend this property. And, finally, Krakow itself was lovely and lots to do.

Great location! Friendly and helpful staff Cozy, modern and clean apartments. They're keen to book additional services like airport transfer and local tours. We were visiting Cracow in February and the heating lived up to our expectations. Definitely worth giving a go!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here and the office staff couldn’t be more helpful! We had a problem with the dishwasher leaking and once we told them, he was there straight away to sort the issue! The interior is so modern and really comfy, 10 minute walk away from the centre

Highlights of the apartment included a ten minute walk to the city centre, the heating worked (did become quite warm at points), lovely refurbished bathroom, decent kitchenette. The beds were comfortable, though one side of our bed kept coming off due to the clip not been attached properly to the frame. Quilts were two single quilts on a double bed. The down sides were the balcony was very small, not suitable to stand on and watch the world go by. The arrival was quite difficult as there was nobody there to greet us, instructions given to us were not fantastic and we did originally struggle to locate the door codes and keys. Another downside was the lack of interaction, during our trip we didn’t see a single member of staff, so was hard to ask any questions and book anything (relied on good old Google in the end). Also the lighting in the hallways was poor making it difficult to see where you were going up the stairs. It is worth nothing that we were on the third or fourth floor, this is steps only and no lift so worth considering before booking.

Went for a 3 day trip with my partner to Krakow. All I can say it was brilliant. The men that own the apartments were brilliant made sure we had everything. Helped me book some activities when I didn’t know how to do it. Heating was working fine :)

Nice little apartment for a few days in Krakow. 5 minutes walk to town centre, nice area. Apartment is clean, if a little dated but good value. Friendly and helpful reception. Nice little Juliet balcony to watch the world go by. Small supermarket at the end of the road.
