The hotel was pretty much what you would expect from a premiere inn. The bed was comfy and there were extra pillows. The shower was nice and hot. You can have food in the room but you have to go and buy it from the restaurant/pub next door. The room could have been cleaner, there was some corners and sides that looked like they could do with a bit more attention.

Poor staffing at the front desk meant I was unable to request a room clean more than once during a six day stay. The clean on the third day was poor. No refilling of tea/coffee. Dirty mugs left. I was located in the basement area which had an overpowering stench of damp. Grounds uncared for with litter and cigarette ends strewn over path.

Booked 2 disabled rooms as travelling with disabled parents and Adult wheelchair user. Rooms had been allocated to someone else. Had to negotiate 4 swing doors down winding corridor with wheelchair, suitcase and bag (can’t leave wheelchair user in room to go back for cases) bed was so high I had to lift disabled adult onto it. Bathroom not set up for disabled either. Chloe on reception great and very apologetic but doesn’t help when travelling with disabled and can’t access what was booked.

Excellent night's sleep after a busy afternoon. 😴 Bed up to usual high standard. Room nice and clean, usual wear and tear ( scuff marks on walls). Bar and restaurant very busy (father's day), managed to get a table and ordered at bar. Food was delivered quite quickly considering how busy it was and was very good 👍. Staff were very helpful and polite to all customers. All in all pleasant stay.

Arrived late at the hotel and had to wait while the reception team chatted to other guests . We were advised that we did not need to book for breakfast as it was not busy. Found long hair attached to heating instructions and only one towel between two guests. the following morning we went for breakfast and were greeted by a very rude member of staff who told us we should have booked and that she was run off her feet with 150 rooms to deal with. She offered us a small table near the bar. The hot food selection had no vegetarian alternatives and the latte from the machine was stone cold. The toast had to be put through the toasetr 4 times before it was anywhere near brown.

Very pleased with our stay at Premier inn High Wycombe. Clean and of good size with comfy bed. The Chef and Brewer which was attached was also very good. Decent quantity of nice food at reasonable price.

What a disappointment after such a great stay in the trentham hotel . The one in high Wycombe from the dirty outside to all the staff smoking at the entrance door . The service at the reception was not good not friendly. Then we asked for a twin room . The beds are not single they are children's beds so narrow . Too the tiny TV too the light not working over one bed no light over the desk . Tried to ask for help at reception. Nothing happened . It's such a shame because like I said the experience I had at the travel lodge in trentham was amazing .

The beauty of using a Premier Inn is that you know what it will be like as all locations are broadly the same. The rooms are comfortable and clean with good connections for a laptop and charging devices, plus a large TV. The addition of a small fridge with complimentary water would be useful, especially for an extended stay, as in my case. The wifi also kept dropping out! The Brewes Fayre got a bit monotonous, but the staff were friendly and helpful. My big criticism is the locating of the smokers area right next to the entrance - not the best introduction to a meal when having to walk through smoke, plus I am an asthmatic! I even saw one customer trying to discretely vape at the bar!! I suggest moving the smoking area round the corner, well away from the entrance.

Fine for our one night midweek stay, large room, clean if a little tired. Found bed a little small for a hotel these days so not a good night's sleep. No wake up call service. Very friendly helpfull staff on check in and was allowed to leave my car there while I went out for the day.

The whole hotel is tired and filthy, Mould all over the bathroom and most of the bathroom falling to bits. The whole hotel needs a refurb. The restaurant was vile, sticky tables and overcooked food. On the plus side the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

My 4 daughters, my sister and I were going to a birthday party and booked the hotel which was 6 minutes from the venue. Our rooms were on top of a hill with trees surrounding the whole area. It was so fresh when you went outside the hotel room and the hotel staff were excellent. The restaurant staff were also brilliant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants some beautiful surroundings when they stay at a hotel.

We used this hotel as a convenient place to stay for two nights whilst out on activities far from home. Saturday was spent driving for four hours to visit Stonehenge and then making our way back towards the outskirts of London for a stop over before our visit into London on the Sunday to watch two shows. This day would also end late, so the hotel was used for two nights before travelling back home. The member of staff on arrival was very friendly and advised us to book for breakfast as they were going to be very busy. We headed straight for the restaurant to make our breakfast bookings for both mornings and the staff in the restaurant was very friendly too. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a very convenient location for travelling into London for the day. We drove to Beaconsfield train station where we parked our car in a secure, under cover car park for the day at £5.50. The staff at the train station were very helpful in helping us get train tickets for the best possible price that would get us from Beaconsfield to Marylebone station, where we would access the underground to get to where we were heading. On return to the hotel for the night, we had a nice shower and another relaxing sleep before getting up for breakfast before heading back home. I would recommend this hotel for a stay near enough to visit London. The price was very reasonable.

Standard premier inn but in the area we are in the room and corridors smell strongly of damp. Bedroom window open, presumably to try and get rid of smell, Not pleasant. Ask for room On a higher level or pick a different premier inn. Corridors tired.
