The hotel is very well located and you can even get a room with a view of the petronas towers. While the service and staff is good. It doesn’t feel up to par with other 5 star hotels I have stayed at

The service was too notch. The location is perfect to go anywhere in KL. We took the klcc view, and it wa a memory to cherish.

Booked for twin tower view for nye staycation but upon arrival, was informed that there are no more twin tower view room. Was then given a city view room (not sure if that is consider city view) and RM300 dining credit. The hotel is very packed, Q for breakfast is terrible, had to wait for more than 30 mins, and the service from restaurant staffs was not friendly. Couldnt even use my complimentary drinks voucher as they just brushed me away saying is fully booked. No point giving out voucher if couldnt be use. However, Mr Firdaus from Mosaic is very helpful and attentive. Also the staff at check out counter (didnt manage to get his name). Definitely dont make me feel welcome.

Classy hotel with very courteous and professional staff who speaks good English. It was a shame I didn't have time to explore the facilities but I was told there's a pool, sauna and jacuzzi on level 3 upon check-in by the staff on duty. Looking forward to go again! Excellent location, right next to KLCC, a huge shopping complex housing international brand names like Chanel, Gucci, mid range brands like Vans, Levis, supermarket and plenty of F&B outlets. Was there to attend a wedding. Service was excellent. Food was good especially the fish and prawns... They were exceptionally fresh!

It's outstanding not only the location but the hospitality is fantastic. Reflects real Malaysian hospitality.

Great hotel but staffs not so friendly compared to other nearby 5 stars. Pros: Fast & early check in. Fast & late check out. Next to Suria KLCC. Clean & spacious room with beautiful KLCC view. Spacious bathroom with tub. Free & strong wifi. Free covered parking. Coffee machine is provided in the room. Pillows & bed is comfortable. Breakfast quite good with a lot of varities. Nice view from swimming pool overlooking KLCC park. Cons: No luggage ramp from lift parking to lobby. No bidet toilet. Hard time to figure out on how to turn hot shower on. Small swimming pool. Internal decor is quite outdated. Dark, narrow & smelly parking area (P4).

It was our first time to visit Kuala Lumpur with the family for short vacation. First night we have checked in in two bedrooms apar**ent, which was very much smelly and old. Further next day the Team of Hotel acted immediately to help us to change our room to the recently renovated one which was very nice. Especially thanks to Ms Khummudah Ramani and thanks for the complimentary chocolates and drinks.

The 2 bedroom apar**ent was ideal for the comfort of my family of 5. Nice ambience . Both rooms have bathtubs .

Everything about M.O KL is impeccable. My first time staying here & I’m already a fan! Food is particularly delicious and of top notch quality. The service by staff is amazing too. Keep it up M.O KL:)

Good service as always. Rooms are spacious. Best location out of all the luxury chains as it’s connected to KLCC mall. Easy to get to via trains from airport. If you’re lucky you get view of the twin towers. As shown in my picture.
