早餐不錯，比較豐富，床墊柔軟，布草舒服，酒店性價比不錯，離機場很近，有接送機服務，司機和服務人員都很熱情，適合轉機或在附近辦事住宿，推薦！

位置很方便

房間很緊湊，早餐6點就開始，停車24小時免費，晚上六點多入住，偶爾會聽到飛機起降點聲音，但總體還好。

I have been using Ctrip for more than 10 years and have stayed in countless hotels of all sizes. This is the first time I give a bad review. There are many overnight hotels near Kunming Airport. I chose this HNA Flight Hotel because of the HNA sign and distance. As a result, a series of unacceptable problems occurred: First, the late flight pick-up, from the time we got off the plane to the designated parking lot C07 on the B2 floor according to the hotel's requirements to the time 6 people and luggage checked in at the front desk, it took 1 hour and 5 minutes. The hotel was informed of the number of people and luggage in advance, and only a small car was sent. The old driver led the new driver and two other people shared the car. The family and luggage were taken away in batches. The 70-year-old man stood outside for a whole hour, and the staff did not apologize or explain anything. Everything seemed to be the result of our own choice. When I was waiting to check in, I heard the front desk staff discussing my doubts. I will not repeat the original words here. The hotel management can adjust the surveillance. The breakfast on the second day was even more bizarre. Clearly, each room had purchased two breakfasts. The old man got up early to eat but was stopped outside by the restaurant staff. They said that the restaurant did not accept individual guests, and the noise was very loud and disturbed us. The old man had no choice but to go out to eat by himself. I got up half an hour later and learned about the situation. The restaurant asked me to find the front desk, and the front desk asked me to find the restaurant. I dragged my injured body back several times within a few dozen meters. Later, the manager talked to me and refunded the breakfast of 40 yuan*2=80 per day (the actual price difference was 483-193*2=97). The car to the airport also arrived, so I drank a bowl of porridge and set off with a belly full of grievances and helplessness. It can be said to be the worst stay experience, no doubt about it.
