Comfort Suites Lakewood - Denver Reviews

It was clean,neat but our room was next to exercise room which could be heard when users were running on a treadmill up to 10:00 and early in the am. There was a noise(some thumping,mechanical noise) every 5-10 minutes 24 hrs a day. I complained on day one but it continued for 3 days. Very annoying!

The staff was extremely unfriendly! Our bed sheets were dirty and instead of even apologizing they just handed us new sheets. If it weren’t for a specific reason we would have just left.

Very nice roomy room with 2 queens and a small sitting area with couch and refrigerator. super quiet and clean

Stayed here for one night with the husband and 2 teens. Room was spacious, tidy, plenty of accommodations including mini fridge, microwave, tv. Room temp control was great, mattresses were medium firmness, pillows were comfy. We all had the included breakfast an hour before it closed but the breakfast attendent brought out more food for us so that was nice of her. Parking was free and convenient, could see our vehicle from our window. Pleasant location, wouldn't mind staying again for sure.

Simple, easy, and overall nice hotel. The room was in good condition when we arrived and check in was a simple affair. The parking was fantastic, the whole place is pretty small so it was very easy to find a good parking spot. The room itself was a fine temperature, had the usual amenities of a fridge, coffee maker, shower, closet, and two TVs. The layout was a little strange, it was difficult to easily get access to the coat closet, but beyond that it wasn't a big deal. The heater system was fine, and easy to deal with. The room is very clean when we entered, and it was not difficult to procure additional towels or blankets as needed. The pool was lovely, although we did miss the fact that there was no hot tub. The pool is not heated, so be prepared! No charging for electric vehicles, but there are plenty of superchargers nearby. The location was great as well, easily able to access the places we were in Denver for, and even stop by a few other places we wanted to visit.

Everything was good except the snow removal. You have to clear the handicap parking spaces ! I understand the problem on the north side, I live in Colorado.

The property did not clean snow in lot was very difficult to park staff didnt care they were very rude.

I've stayed at this property before and it seems they are improving overall in terms of staff and furniture.

Old and run down. Advertised jacuzzi but they said it was taking out. Found dark hairs in the bathtub. Couldn't get the blackout curtain to full block out street light shining in the window. Won't stay there again

Staff attentive, loved the king suite with couch, allowed us to spread out and with 2 TVs, location good for our stay, breakfast fine for our needs.

This Comfort Suite location has only one elevator. The one elevator was out of order, which makes it difficult to take your luggage up and down the stairs.

Did not stay here. Had to cancel my trip and gave Orbitz and Comfort Suited 30 days notice to cancel and neither one cares enough about their customers to ensure reimbursement. I had to eat $470.00 I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH AGAIN. I have stayed there before and it is a 2.5 star hotel that is nothing special and could use an upgrade to the property but the management is only looking to make a $$ and does not care about anything but that!!

Had the “king suite” and was a great room. Decent price for a decent room. Could be better ? Yes but then you could pay more too. Would stay again

They charge you a $100 deposit that you dont get back for 3 business days after you checkout.
