Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lander Reviews

My kids were super excited that they had gluten-free bagels!! We very rarely find continental breakfast that has choices for my children who can't have gluten. However they were very excited to be able to choose what they wanted for breakfast.

This is our go-to for Lander when we are up to visit clients. Extremely comfortable and the breakfast was above par. I would recommend for families and business trips.

The room had food crumbs on the floor, hair on the sheets, stains on the couch, the elevator was not working so we had to lug our suitcases up two flights of stairs.

Stayed in the queen suite but the room could use some maintenance. There were holes in the bathroom walls and they were dirty! Room was spacious and allotted enough beds for kids to have their own if we used the pullout couch!

We were unfortunately checked into king suite that was not prepared for check in, the bed was made, but dirty towel on the bathroom floor, no remote, someone’s dirty sock in the corner of the room… we were so tired, noticed 15 min into the stay and front desk moved us to the neighboring room….

The hotel was great - my only complaints were that the bed was a little soft for my back, and the card-key system was glitchy. I had to get my keys reprogrammed multiple times (and no, the cards were not next to my phone or watch, nor did I sit on any magnets.) People were fantastic, and the hotel was super quiet and located perfectly. It will be my go-to if I come back to Lander.

This is a lovely hotel that I’ve stayed at before. Staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. There’s a path behind the hotel that’s nice for a walk.

We had a great stay! The dog friendly room wasn’t quite ready at check in but not too big of a deal. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too! We plan on staying a here when we visit Lander again.

Super clean, very friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend!

The water fountain wasn’t working and the locks on the outer doors and the bedroom doors took multiple tries with the keycards before they would open.

Everything was good, no complaints at all...we only stayed one night...

This was a lovely hotel with very soft beds each with 4 pillows. It was clean with a nice strong hot shower. The free breakfast was pretty good and the staff were helpful and polite. Sadly when wanted to watch the morning news our TV wouldn’t turn on and no one could come fix it right away but overall I recommend this hotel when in Lander.😊

Just 2 things that were not great: 1. The sleeping sofa should not be considered a bed. If you feel the iron springs through the matrace, it is a no-go. 2. Too much plastic garbage after a breakfast. This is not really environment - friendly.
