The room is very spacious, with plenty of room to easily open two large suitcases. It's well-equipped with a full-length mirror, a washing machine, a coffee table, a sofa, a projector, and large windows offering fantastic night views. The location is excellent, situated near residential areas and a main road, making the neighborhood feel very safe and secure. Within 500 meters, you'll find a pedestrian street and a vibrant snack street. Downstairs, there's a convenience store and electric scooter rentals, along with shared electric scooters and a bus stop right nearby, making transportation incredibly convenient. Highly recommended!

We visited Yantai and stayed for three nights. The guesthouse is conveniently located right next to Yantai University, with a shopping mall and a pedestrian street nearby. It's also very close to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was spotless and free of any unpleasant odors. A special shout-out to the wonderful hostess; communication with her was seamless. Overall, a highly satisfying guesthouse! It truly added to the enjoyment of our Yantai trip!

My trip to Yantai was fantastic! The weather was great, the sea was a beautiful blue, and the air was incredibly fresh, which really lifted my spirits. A special mention goes to the B&B I stayed in. The room was fully equipped, very clean, and felt incredibly cozy. Having a washing machine was a huge plus, making it very convenient to do laundry. The soundproofing was excellent; I slept soundly straight through until morning, completely recharging after a long day. Its location was also incredibly convenient, with a MixC Mall right downstairs, making dining and shopping super easy. The host was exceptionally kind and even offered free luggage storage. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied with my trip and give this B&B a huge thumbs up! 👍

The cleanliness was good, the projection was good, and the service was good. There's a MixC shopping mall nearby, so I'd consider booking again next time I come. Just be careful not to park in the parking lot downstairs; it's 3 yuan per hour. There's another one nearby for 1 yuan per hour, so make sure to ask customer service.

The hotel is strategically located, with convenient transportation. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around, making travel very convenient. The room facilities are complete, the desk and chair design are reasonable, and it is very comfortable to work. The bedding is soft and comfortable, so that I can get a good rest after my busy work. I will choose this next time I travel. I found a lot of warm details in the laundry room! A clear operation guide is posted on the washing machine, and even the ”different fabric water temperature selection” is clearly marked; The waiting area has a small sofa and charging socket, too much!

Hygiene: Clean and tidy, and the disposable toiletries are a real plus! Thumbs up! Environment: It's quite spacious and conveniently close to Yantai University, so if you fancy a walk by the sea in the evening, it's perfect. There's also a window with a great view of the sunset, making it ideal and very romantic for couples. Service: Self-check-in is a dream come true for introverts!

Parents and children come to Yantai to play, and watch Deng Ziqi concert in Yantai Sports Park at night, so I booked the Haiyue Building Hotel opposite the park. The room was clean and tidy, the service was very good, and it was very convenient to walk from the park and the beach.

The hotel has a great location, close to Yantai University, where the beach is clean and less crowded – highly recommended, much better than the Lonely Whale Beach! The rooms are spacious with exceptionally high ceilings; even a 1.8-meter tall person can stand upright comfortably on the loft floor above. Large windows make the room very bright, and the automatic curtains are very convenient. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff; they were incredibly friendly, greeting guests with smiles every day. To avoid disturbing our rest, they proactively communicated their availability and any special requests, making us feel the warmth and hospitality of the hardworking people of Shandong. This service rivals that of a star-rated hotel! During our stay, there was a market downstairs, which I visited for the first time in my life. I bought a lot of food – cheap and delicious, super satisfying! In short, I would recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues.

兩日煙台特種兵大學生之行! 專門挑了個淡季人少天氣好點時候來，最開始定酒店的時候還在擔心會不會被照騙，後來到店了才發現多慮了哈哈，老闆哥哥人很好，看我帶了個大箱子還給我升級了單人的大床房，雖然沒有窗户，但是房間燈光很好，完全不用擔心（我原本定的是無窗的，在一樓） 從房間裝飾能看出來是才裝修不久的，但是沒有味道，設施什麼的都很完善，即使沒帶浴巾毛巾一次性床單也有準備（使用了單獨收費） 最主要的是這個地段還是挺好的，就在煙大的旁邊，不管是去煙大逛逛還是去煙大附近的商圈都很近，也有煙大海水浴場去玩沙看日出（海上的日出真的絕美!!!早上起床走十來分鐘就能到煙大濱海公園的沙灘了，很快），退房之後在前台也是可以免費保管行李的 現在坐在煙台南站等回威海的車，下次來煙台玩要是合適的話肯定先考慮老闆哥哥這邊，在煙台的兩天過得很開心🥳🥳
