The room was next to the elevator and that’s all you heard all night long. Terrible sleeping conditions and the heat didn’t work.

The check-in process went very well the staff has been very polite and friendly, the beds are comfortable!

We had a room with a pull out sofa. I didn’t expect the sofa mattress to be as bad as it was. Also, the parking lot light shone directly in the window by the sofa with no way of closing the curtain to block light. Terrible night’s sleep.

Enjoyed our stay. All was great. Found mattress hard? No pillow top unlike other travels I’ve done. Breakfast was pare or better than most.

We had a little hiccup at check in but was readily fixed! Our room was small but clean. It did have 3 lights that didn’t work though!

Everything was clean,pool and hottub wS clean.only thing i didnt like was that breakfast ended at 9am and i sleepd in and miss breakfast.

Great hotel! Comfortable, good breakfast, pool area was nice if small. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Very friendly staff. Made a great recommendation for dinner. When we retirned from dinner we were greeted with fresh warm cookies.

We had a great stay and have already booked our next stay. Our room was a double queen with an additional pull out sofa bed. The beds were a little hard, but could have been a lot worse. The room had everything we needed; fridge, microwave, coffee maker and extra bedding for the pull out. The pool is small but big enough for the kids to enjoy and the gym is also small but well equipped. Breakfast was wonderful and had more options than I expected. Great hotel for a family trip.

New Fairfield that met all the high standards of Marriott. Easy access, clean and pleasant rooms, good breakfast, great staff.

Breakfast was disappointing. Juice machine was broken. No water available no salt and pepper.

The staff was great and the breakfast good. The room not so good. Only 1 light in the room. No lamps by the beds. Only one receptacle behind a table. No microwave.

Friendly staff, breakfast good. Mattress ok but the pillows were terrible. All 4 pillows on our king sized bed were very flat!!

Beds were the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Had nothing for breakfast and nothing to drink for breakfast
