Airport hotel with a large car park and a shuttle service to Bergamo Orio AirPort. We took a triple room and it was very basic, with 3 basic beds and no decoration. Full breakfast and gluten-free products if you request it in advance.
For me it is not a 4* but rather a 3*

We booked a quadruple room. The room was not big, so it was okay. You have to make a reservation in advance to go to the airport. There is no pick-up, but there is a drop-off.

I was placed in this hotel for a business trip and it was one of the worst experiences I have had. I was here for 3 nights I had to pay yes pay to rent a kettle to use in my room, the staff were rude to most members of the party. Single word answers or no straight answers and honestly made the whole stay less than enjoyable. There is no proper gym equipment and it’s all very minimal. The meeting rooms were beautiful, well lit, and honestly and enjoyment to work in. My room, was clean and basic and had everything we needed. Be aware it’s close to the airport so sleeping with the window open will be disturbing from the noise. However it didn’t bother me just an observation of the room. Overall wouldn’t visit again or recommend to others.

Trust me, just don't stay here. Kind staff, clean rooms but unfortunately no sleep will be had. Bound to be multiple better options within similar distance of the airport. Any extra cost potentially incurred traveling to the airport will be worth it. Shame it falls well below par as it looks nice.

I chose this airport Hotel Bergamo among many other hotels in the city because of the airport transfer offered to guests. We were not disappointed from start to finish. Check-in was easy. Our room looked so new, clean with comfortable & beautiful bed. Bathroom is also nice with bidet, walk-in shower & fresh clean towels. We checked-out around 4:00am. We were given 2 breakfast vouchers which we could use at the airport since we wouldn’t be eating breakfast at the hotel due to our early departure. We registered ourselves for the early 4:30am airport shuttle upon check-in and paid only €5. The hotel charges per room, not per person. It’s really a pretty good deal. As per instruction, we had to be at the lobby at least 10 min before airport shuttle departure time. We were alone in the van. The driver was so polite and gave us 5-star service. The staff at the reception also were professional and exceptional in terms of service. I highly recommend Airport Hotel Bergamo.
