Great location and the staff were incredibly responsible. The breakfast was very pleasant, and the entire hotel had a charming, tasteful decor. The only downside was that the triple room was a bit cramped; once we opened our suitcases, there was hardly any space to walk.

Did not enjoy it at all. Very dark inthe corridors. Used my phone to locate lift. Power supply electricity went off . Call the receptionist they attend to it. They took 50 euro for an advance. On check out the told m they will put it back to my account still has not done it. Will not recommend it to my family.

The location is good, but the hygiene is not very good. There were mosquitoes as soon as we entered the room, and we also found spiders later😢The bathroom design is very strange, there is no bath screen or shower curtain to separate dry and wet areas. I have booked many hotels on the trip.com platform, and this is the one with the worst experience. In addition, two hotel platforms in a row did not notify the hotel of opening a sofa bed according to the reservation remark. The hotel was not prepared at all. Fortunately, the hotel acted quickly and only delayed about 15 minutes. It may seem like a small matter, but the experience is real. Difference.
