Lack of furniture to enjoy the terrace. We had a room on the 11th floor and we heard the elevator all night

The hotel lobby and rooms are quite spacious and clean. The staff are friendly.

I had a problem with my micro-once during the first day of my stay. Without hesitation, they changed my room and gave me my new keys to my room!

Very busy when we checked in, it was spring break which we didn’t know, after that it was all good, hotel is a little dated but clean, staff were friendly and helpful, restaurant is ok, great service good wine and beer selection and food is ok

Hotel Classique is about 15-20 minutes drive from old Quebec, and we chose it for its free parking policy. At first, we got a room with AC not working. The hotel sent a technician twice and later changed the room for us. Overall, it has good services and nice modern rooms. There is also a Laurier Mall opposite. We recommend it to tourists that needs parking.

Great stay with my toddler, staff was very friendly and helpful, great area with everything nearby, especially the malls. Cosmos was a great space for dinning, and were very courteous for my allergies

Happy with my choice, walking distance to convenience store and shopping. Good restaurant choices. Front desk was very nice, the room is clean.

I found bed bugs and they were not taking me serious even when I showed them the pictures I took. I had to leave and pay for another hotel

Hassle free check in and I was able to arrange for a late check out despite the hotel being very busy.

Not so good, not clean in my room, no comfortable bed, service very long at the front desk. not my best experience at this hotel for this time.

The staff at the front desk were not very friendly when we arrived and the Murphy bed did not look overly clean

I had not been to this hotel in 2- years because of its underground parking scared me years ago with additional/temporary support beams that had been added back then. Guess what, the beams are still there. Although the hotel had been renovated at some point in the past, it was made with poor choices/quality of furniture (my opinion) and their current state shows wear. Walls are all bare, no lamp on the workign/business table, and renovations that were made at one point were long made, and it shows. I had been to such room once in the past way out of the beaten path in the middle of nowhere where I had no choice to stay. I felt the same/worst yesterday whebn I stayed at Hotel Classique. Not going back for another 20 years.

Disapointed by overall condition of hotel and room. Broken lamps, unfinished flooring in our room, walls are dirty. We stayed at the same hotel 2 years ago and it seems they have maintenance issues. Wont be booking this hotel again.

Kitchen option was great. However the cooking utensils are limited. Comfortable beds but pillows are horrible.
