Wonderful spring break family trip March 2022! Some slowness on food/cleaning up the downstairs lobby lounge side areas but they were adjusting & training staff to adding back more options from the pandemic

This hotel is of poor quality

Excellent golf course

We stayed at the property for spring break and had a great time with our 2 kids! There was plenty to do and plenty of options to eat! The staff was amazing, and room service was quick! If we ever needed anything it was simple to get help!

The hotel was nice and our room was clean. But our mattress was not very comfortable. Actually it was one of the worst mattresses I’ve ever slept on, including my college years.

This resort was nothing short of amazing! One stop shop. My daughter really enjoyed her spring break experience here! 10/10

They have a great pool menu and staff here is awesome. The only drawbacks … they charge $30/nt for SELF park. That’s ridiculous. And the parking lot isn’t a “terrible” hike, but it’s up hill and can be a challenge with kids/luggage. Also, depending on where your room is, be prepared to stay out of it ALL day or you will not get housekeeping. And I’m glad we’re early risers because they started pressure washing the balconies one day at 8:30am.

This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed just as much as the first time. This hotel is great for families, couples or just a quick getaway with friends. All the amenities you need in 1 place make for a perfect stay.

The resort is amazing! There’s a lot of pools and slides and fun activities for kids. My only complaint is the parking. They charge a parking fee but it’s so hard to find parking.

The resort is beautiful, warm and inviting.Plenty of activities for the whole family.

This is a nice property but on a saturday in january very little open on the property, only 1 restaurant, almost all entry doors locked. Not worth the cost this time of year.

The property has a nice ambience and the people delivered superb service, though i visited on a day that a good number of the facilities were closed! 😳

Hotel is dated. The golf course was nice. 18 Oaks restaurant was mediocre. Food was average and often came out lukewarm. Steak was under seasoned . The pre-fixe menu was $165 a person and drinks 21$ +. The restaurant and High Velocity bar was advertised as 21 year + however there were kids and babies thru out. Not fun! Room service took forever. Overall, don’t recommend.

Beautiful resort with wonderful amenities for both kids and adults! Friendly staff and more than accommodating! We will definitely be back!
