The place is relatively remote, there are not many restaurants nearby, and the bed is very high, at least 1 meter. The coffee machine is a plug-in box, and the coffee brewed is normal. There is a bathtub, you can take a bath, very comfortable. The ice machine on each floor is at the elevator entrance. If you are assigned to the innermost room like me, you will have to walk a long way to get the ice.

Tom at check in was super helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the overall feel of the place was much better than the very high end hotel in Las Vegas I had just come from.

This area is amazing. Right up against the mountain in Agoura. Gorgeous place for the price.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable and large. The breakfast is good and affordable.

I checked in around 11:30PM, a 68 year old woman traveling alone. I had a reserved room. There was no parking in front, or in the lighted east side area. I was told to park on the west side, and enter through that lower level door. I drove around, using my navigation to find west…and found a very dark, unmarked, unlit parking lot, and unlit door, used a flashlight to see that it was my door to enter by a stairwell to go to my room. Not at all acceptable. I as at the end of the first floor, alone, by a stairwell, drapes did not close fully…..asked to be moved. 2nd room Tv did not work, took 40 minutes for someone to come and verify this, now it’s close to 1AM, moved across hall, 2nd floor, room needs vacuuming, but otherwise appears clean. Fell into a comfortable bed. Rookie mistake, I forgot to check alarm, 3:25 it blared…shut it off..back to sleep…wouldn’t stay here again.

Miner things need some attention but would not keep me from staying here again.

Stay was quiet. The hotel staff were nice. The outside of the Hotel is nice & also the lobby, but the rooms are outdated. The rooms need a renovation. The thick burgundy carpet needs to go. It needs to be professionally cleaned. I believe the slight odor was coming from the carpet. I did not walk on the carpet without my socks. The bed was comfortable.

One night stay. A full service hotel close to freeway, gas station, and fast food. There are also bars and restaurant inside hotel. Room is clean but smell old. Parking is little bit crowed. Overall a good hotel to stay.

Lovely hotel, reasonably priced, close to a Malibu wedding, courteous staff. Very nice property.

Poor front desk communication. I was left wondering what location and floor my room was located. Being educated to see the number on the card and go on a treasure search, only to find the room was located on the other side of the building. short quick answers in response. clearly was burnt out for that night after flight and so was the agent at the front desk. could have been a quick response of details and have a good night. She called a few hours later, but I was sleep.

The room was better than expected, with comfortable beds and clean rooms. No noise was a plus.

I reserved 1 king size bed room but they gave me 2 twin size bed room. I do not understand why I have reserved 1 king size bed room when in the end I got what is left over. what is the purpose of the reservation then? the room was dusty. the dust was on the tv stand. the table was dusty and bed frames.
