Reviews of Sheraton Agoura Hills Hotel

This was the cheapest yet most satisfying hotel of our trip. Most places by Malibu beach were either fully booked or ridiculously expensive. Trip.com recommended this hotel, and seeing the great reviews, plus it being a brand I'm familiar with, I booked two rooms. What I liked: 1. They gave us connecting rooms as requested. 2. The front desk staff was very welcoming. 3. The rooms were new, cozy, comfortable, and the round table was a nice touch. 4. Parking was free. Truly a hotel with excellent value for money!

Just because we don’t book directly through marriott website they don’t honor our marriott membership status. But that’s because their rate is not comparable to online travel websites when I booked their rate.

We always stay here when we visit our kids who live in Agoura. Would be nice to have a walkable restaurant across the street, like there used to be, but the restaurant at the hotel is good. Beds are comfy, staff is friendly, and consistent cleanliness.

Loved this hotel! It was cozy and had warm cookies at check in! They gave us access to the VIP lounge for an added bonus. Enjoyed the staff and location was convenient.

Wrong booking, terrible service!

I had a prepaid order and asked the front desk in advance if I could check out early and get a refund. They agreed at the time but later refused. I am very disappointed with Sheraton.

It's very remote, so if you drive yourself, you can spend a night there.
