The location is excellent, shopping and sightseeing are within walking distance; the room design has many details, the bedside table has exquisite hydroponic flowers, the bath is diptyque, and the breakfast is even more exquisite. The overall design is very Western-style, but not old-fashioned at all.

Loved our room. The bed is very comfortable and an excellent shower. Staff are very helpful. The breakfast buffet with a selection of hot items was perfect.

This is a great Hotel, service is top-notch and feels genuine. It was my fiancés 40 birthday and Alex and the team really made it special! Feels young and fresh and is also in a great location if you want to be able to walk around the city and the sites. Breakfast is fantastic! The only thing I would not recommend is the rooftop bar. Although very beautifully designed and cosy it feels stuffy and overpriced. But does not take away from an otherwise lovely experience. Will definitely recommend and return when in Stockholm next.

Just a wonderful hotel with the kindest most generous staff I have encountered in a hotel. The rooms are great and the breakfast is next level.

Very nice hotel. Clean. Rooms small but very well designed. Robes and slippers. Heated bathroom floors. Nice breakfast. Convenient location to ferry and train. Highly recommend.

Bank hotel is a very good option. Rooms are cozy, comfortable and clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast is very good as well. WiFi could be better and there is no proper place to hang towels at the bathroom. I definitely recommend.

When it's midnight, and you're getting an early night, The bar three floors below is pumping music out loudly, which you can hear all too well as you can't get the room below 22 degrees, and you need to have the window open - even if it is -11 outside, it all isn't conducive to sleep. Then, as patrons leave over the next hour and screech away in cars or squawk loudly without any concern, it paints an unpleasant picture. The staff didn't care - their laissez-faire attitude said it all. I was glad I wasn't staying a third night. Breakfast was great. Diptyque products are excellent, but individual disposable bottles are so last year.

A five-star hotel but with breakfast far from what we can expect. The service on the breakfast was poor; Juice-station was empty, eggs were finnished, end-pieces of bread was left, poor scrambled eggs, waiting time to get coffe, poor service on the table etc etc...., tings you shall not expect on this level. We explained it on site as well. Other things were noice-elevels from the street (not the construction outsde) was high if you live against the street as we did. strange that it can not be solved as all guestst want it quiet during late hours.

I travel a lot but don’t leave meany reviews. The bank hotel was fabulous, very well maintained, breakfast was like going out for brunch everyday. Front desk were super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooftop bar was great too, even in very cold weather they manage to keep you warm and comfortable. Hotel is very close to underground station but is also in a good location to walk to museums, palace and old town. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Stockholm for work or pleasure

Hotel was lovely, very well kept and up to date with decor and furnishings. Extremely clean and staff were very helpful in every request. Breakfast was great, although busy at times and needed to wait for a table, the selection was good and all produce was fresh. I would however recommend that as a 5-star hotel, turndown service was done as default rather than having to request it. Otherwise, our stay was great and we will be back!

Great stay. Very vibrant hotel and area. We brought our children 1 and 6. The staff were friendly but the hotel is not perfect for toddlers. But we managed totally fine and we always felt welcomed.

Great hotel but our room was a little noisy the first night due to it being located close to a club. We stayed on the second floor. Breakfast was great and included in the stay. Room was clean, aside from the sheets having a small hole and stain. Overall we were happy and you can’t beat the location. A couple bus stops away from the Vasa/Abba museums and the Skansen. Also, within walking distance to the royal palace and Gamla Stan. Staff was very friendly.
