The management and the staff do all they can to make sure you have a great stay. The back of the hotel has construction so you will be woke up at 7 AM if you stay in the back of the hotel. The noise was loud.

Breakfast options were great! Choice of buffet or menu. It’s not included however. We (mother and 8 yr daughter) didn’t purchase the breakfast add on $33. It cost no more than $24 each day. Rooms were clean and adequate for our trip. All Staff were great! Pool area little on the small side but everyone seems to be enjoying it (we didn’t have time to try it on this trip). My only complaint was maybe more pronounced signage where to enter because if you miss the entrance, then you end up on the Turnpike and I had to pay 2 tolls to get back smh. Maybe that was just me, so pay special attention.

Good: price was great, close to the city (bud was super easy in and out bed was comfy. Gave it the stars because of the price and easy in and out to city and dream works park. Bad: old and smelled. Food was expensive for the breakfast when lots of places give it free. Pool area was small and Hot tub didn’t work. Never said anything about that beforehand. Shower leaked all night and there is Nothing around the hotel without having to drive which is a bit of a pain and it’s tricky to get to. Don’t miss the turn into the hotel or you’ll be driving around a while. Right off the Highway so it’s noisy. I wanted a cheap place with an easy way into the city and this was it. 3.50 each way and dropped you right off and Times Square. So for me it worked but it wasn’t a 4 star hotel.

I was annoyed that the hot tub was broken as it was the reason i chose that hotel. A warning would have been nice.

The staff were amazing! But there was no exhaust fan in bathroom and no hot water in the mornings…. Had to shower at night. TV was glitchy. Super quiet at night and slept well.

Entrance sign is not visible and I missed it and took another 10min to come back as it is close to exit.

This was the most difficult hotel to find. The 800 number was unhelpful. I called the number listed on my reservation and they were the most unhelpful and useless people in the entire world. I asked for the direct number to the hotel and they refused to give it to me. I asked a landmark to try and make my experience better and they refused. Wow! I will never use the ******* to book hotels again!

We stayed here and rode the bus into NYC. The short walk to the bus stop was easy, and the bus schedule was convenient. Getting around in NYC from the transit center was easy.

Unfortunately our first interaction with the front desk was not a positive one. The room wasn’t very clean - bedding was fine but marks on the walls and floors were questionable. The shower had great water pressure which was awesome. The cable wouldn’t let us play majority of channels and they charged my card twice on error which i realized midway through trip and has to be now later fixed. The rest of the staff, cleaning crew included were so helpful and friendly! The beds were very comfy and the little shop downstairs was helpful! Comfy and welcoming seating area in the lobby. Overall stay wasn’t too bad.

Hotel staff was friendly. The room had an odor in bathroom and was not convenient for transportation or Dining options

It was nice although I thought free breakfast came with it but it’s not included in room it’s a separate charge

Jennifer at the front desk was Amazing!!! She was very personable and kind. She went above and beyond with answering all of our questions and pointing us in the right direction to Time Square :)

Hotel was well worn. No places to eat or drink within walking distance.

The workers went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and cared for.
