I’m with customer staying hotel toilet transparent glass. 2 people can not stay. This for couples hotel . Business people don’t come to stay

Room floors are very clean. Toilet also very clean. But room walls have many stains. When we were there, they are in the middle of changing the carpet in the hallway. It will be good if they change the wallpaper in the room too. Receptionists very helpful to help us send packages to another city. Hotel customers are mostly Africans.

Staff was asking 50 yuan extra and said they don’t have room which i have booked online … when i deny … they said have … useless attempt to rob traveler … and why the hell they are depositing traveler passport?? Is this right ??
