Perfectly basic, doing all the small things right, the team here are very attentive, food was great, place was very clean, best by far the best hotel I've stayed in Crete and we have stayed in Crete a few times, would highly recommend this hotel

Perfect Hotel! The food was excellent, the rooms were comfy and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was centrally located and a short walk to the beach. The pool area was great for relaxing. I can’t fault this hotel and I will return.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel as near to the beach near the shopping near loads of restaurants , there is always something nice every meal time , special thanks To Janis the most amazing manager , Nikitas, and Nancy . The hotel deserves a 4 star hopefully 5!

A hotel like this for this price is a dream! Great atmosphere, location in the heart of Hersonissos. The rooms are clean, air conditioning makes the time pleasant on hot days, cleaning is done every day (except Sunday), the only thing that may bother someone is a small shower with a curtain, but overall it is so minor that it is almost irrelevant. But what is most appreciated in this hotel is the service - very nice people, helpful at every step, smiling and friendly. I really recommend the hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious and the rooms are clean. Whenever u need help there is someone helping u out on the best way possible. Hotel Manager Yiannis is so kind and there whenever u need him. If u want a good time in Chersonissos come here. The location is perfect 3 min walk to the beach shops and restaurants around and a nice pool. I’ll give this stay a 10 out of 10!!

Everything was great. It is perfect that the hotel is center of the city. Also we were really surprised the tasty and the variety of food. It was really delicious. Besides the hotel stuff were very nice and polite. The rooms and all environment of hotel are clean and tidy.

The food in the "Pela Maria Hotel" was amazing every day new dishes, the staff also everyone was so nice and friendly to us.. Rooms had perfect cleaning, every day we got new towels, sheeds and pillows. In backyear is cool pool with beds to lay ant enjoy Greek sun!

Thank you for our lovely stay it was gorgeous! Very close to the beach and shops lots to do, It was very clean, food was very delicious! We are very happy that the hotel is small and quiet, we had a great time by the pool. Thank you again we will definetly will be back!

Great location, great staff, deliciuos food, tidy rooms. All staff is really friendly and helpful, you can ask any question and they will help you. The hotel is in a great place, the beach is very close, also many shops and restaurants around, car rent places. I would recommend to chose this hotel for your holidays, you will not be dissapointed.

We were so nicely surprised about Pela Maria hotel. The location is just perfect, very central and just 50 meters from the sea and beautiful promenade of Chersonissou. All the stuff is so kind, always welcoming with smiles. General manager Yanis is so helpful, he cares and cares about guests. I’d recommend to choose ‘all inclusive’ package, as the food is unbelievably delicious ! The hotel exceed our expectations, it’s clean, cosy and has nice, friendly atmosphere. Our best best recommendations ! We are looking forward to come back !

I would like to thank the manager Jiannis for his support and help for anything we need.Angela and Nikitas and Antony were the best reception team i’ve ever met.Our excursion to Spinaloga was incredible due to their advices and help.The rooms were so nice.Our room was with pool view and it was so relaxing!Housekeeper Marine was so a nice person and she was a real friend for us.We will definitely return in several months! The hotel was in the city centre, a lot of bars and shops in the surrounding. Good for people who want to have party and action.The reception people were very friendly, so was the housekeeper Marina, the manager John helped always when needed.

Our staying in this hotel was really nice. The food and the stuff were great. Dinner was really various, sea food, salad and meat. Meat was really good. We were hoping less from 3star hotel, but It was our best staying experience in 3star hotel. Thank you

I went on vacation to Crete for a few days with my family . The place is fantastic near the sea and in the middle of the city. Very clean rooms frienly staff and fresh special delicius food I would like to thank especially manager John for his great hospitality.Nothing was problem for him and everything was under control.I also would thank Angela from the reception for her help,she did her best for us every time we need something. The rooms were everyday spotless cleaned and housekeeping manager mrs Marina was so attentive with us. Restaurant's staff was so friendly and kind and the food was so delicious Greek. I would definitely come back next year!
