Out there with nature trio with Amtrak.

There was some bug crawling on the wall and an ant in our bed. The staff said they keep up on exterminating, and that since it’s a pet friendly hotel, sometimes bugs come in with dogs. That would make sense, except the outside door we were right by led to the pool area. Not an area with grass for dogs to do their business. The toilet kept running every so often, you’d have to flick the toilet handle for it to stop. The phone didn’t work when we tried calling about something. At the breakfast, they had scrambled eggs, the other half was empty, no meat of any kind or even some kind of potatoes. I was very disappointed, since I looked on their website to see what type of breakfast they served when deciding where to stay. One of the weekend days, they had an extra display of some kind of chocolate pastry, cookies maybe. It was emptied, and the person never did refill it. I’m a chocolate lover, so that was disappointing. It should’ve just been removed and the space left empty like the days before.

This was far-and-away the best budget hotel I've stayed at in Lincoln. Clean room and bathroom, newer furniture, immaculate bed, well-appointed lobby (with free coffee and lemon water).

The motel and room were clean. The bed was fairly comfortable. The continental breakfast was a little bit disappointing, serving only waffles and cold cereal. I didn’t really notice any airport noise or hear too much traffic. The only issue we had with noise was from one housekeeper who methodically slammed all the doors up and down the hallway while he cleaned rooms. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience but we will probably look for something different next time we’re in Lincoln.

Got in a 11pm. Concierge saw us walking in and went directly to the bathroom. Did not get service for 30 minutes, then she was incredibly rude.

Overall my stay was good. I mainly needed an overnight stop and a place to rest up for the night, and overall the place was clean and fulfilled my need. But imagine my disappointment when I tried to take a shower in the morning and there was no water. The bathtub knob just turned and turned in both directions with nothing coming out of the tap. I ended up using a wash cloth at the bathroom sink to get cleaned up. My departure was at 4 AM and there was no one was at the front desk to talk to. I left a note in the key card sleeve. I hope someone read it.

Great place to stay and breakfast was amazing. Staff was very friendly. Could use some updates but overall it did look nice and clean.

I truly appreciated the shuttle to hotel at 11:30 pm. I didn't have wait very long on a cold and windy night.

The staff is so nice and kind, which gives me warmth during record-breaking winter cold.

Definitely will be staying at this location as required. Cleanliness of place truly made a difference. Highly recommended

The staff was nice but the place was pretty run down and old. The parking lot was really dark and there are no restaurants within walking distance.

We came for a concert at the Lied Center. Everyone at the hotel were very nice. Answered our questions and did everything they could to make our stay a good one. Morning staff at the counter were great. Very friendly.

The staff there was the best i have ever incountered. Very polite and courtious.
