Lovely hotel. The staff was very helpful.

The location is satisfactory, but at night it is difficult due to the distance to the metro. The assigned room was in the attic, did not have a sofa as described and the extra bed was missing, which was quickly placed. It's comfortable, but I thought it would be better. Very simple. The toilet is nice and clean but the silicones and rubbers need to be changed. The breakfast is satisfactory or even good, but it was also disappointing. There is no fruit, for example. In other words, it would be a good 3*. The staff are really 5*, they are in fact some of the best I have ever experienced. Maybe because of the customer service, I believe I will be able to repeat it.

Wir haben für ein WE dieses Hotel gebucht um Lissabon zu erkunden. Vernünftiges Hotel mit nettem Service und gutem Frühstück. Ein bisschen mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten für die Kofferutensilien wäre wünschenswert - dafür ist das Badezimmer fast schon zu groß geraten.. Die Zimmer sind soweit sauber aber ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Preis Leistung passt. Lage in Ordnung - aber es gibt ja sowieso hier in der Stadt Bolt: und das funktioniert perfekt.. Wir kommen wieder…

Gostei do tamanho do quarto, banheiro grande, ótimo atendimento e bem localizado, próximo de mercadinho, farmácia, restaurantes.

Dommage qu'à la reception, ils nous ont pas dit qu'on pouvait commander un repas au bar sinon personnel agreable et petit déjeuné varié.

Best thing about it was the staff!! They were all great. Very friendly and helpful!! Wii see them again!!!

Liked the hotel for its friebdly staff nice clean rooms and good breakfast. Close to newer and upper Lisbon but a fair walk to the old town and river

The schedule for the restaraunt and bar were unregular. The bar staff was rarely there. The room safe failed. Overall the facility did not feel well managed.

Very safe hotel, very clean.

Hotel was good. Room was alright but some things are a bit older. Rust in bathroom, soap dispenser could be changed soon. Good breakfast
