Great stay! This hotel was classy, and from the look of it, pretty old. As in the building was big and extravagant. I've never stayed at a hotel with 8 floors before! Service was top notch, and the free breakfast buffet was excellent! Also never had a hotel buffet with bacon on the menu! The bed was super comfortable, and the only downside was the Louisville Airport next door. Once I woke up in the middle of the night, those planes kept me up for a while! All in all, a great place, and for only $90 a night, I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay at a big, fancy place, but thought they could only do it for hundreds a night in a place like New York.

The suite is OK, but the other rooms are not very good. The room was just renovated, and it smelled bad the last time I stayed there. I later changed to a suite and it was OK. But the suite is much more expensive

I ate steak every day at the hotel, and then the chef gave me a steak knife.

The transportation is convenient, very close to the airport, and the environment is clean. Great value for money.

The hotel is known as a four-star hotel. The hotel is located near the airport. There is a free shuttle bus to transport passengers to and from the airport. It is the most convenient to live here. But it may differ from the specific room selected. I chose a double room with the best price, and there is no small refrigerator, microwave and ironing facilities that are uniformly equipped in conventional hotels. There are very few food service companies within walking distance of the hotel, so it is somewhat inconvenient to not have your own vehicle. The hotel's service is acceptable, but not every day (except Saturday) will provide a buffet breakfast. The hygiene of the hotel meets the standard of a four-star hotel. It is recommended that friends who are traveling on business or traveling by car can choose to stay.

Property is doing a major renovation. But staff and accommodations were still great. Staff was 5 stars Still some more updating going on. Will be amazing once complete

The property is under renovation, the lobby & also the rooms. We were not in a renovated room. The hotel will be a nice place once renovation is complete. The staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast servers were super nice. Overall this was a good place to stay, the price was reasonable.

Could hear the people in the next room ! And the hvac was so noisy woke me every time it started, and in process of renovating.

Under construction. Directions to an open door difficult to find. Room type not available. No soap at the sink. I expected a little better.

I use to stay there. Was very quiet. Either airlines changed or remodeling is less noise voiding. Roar of airplanes all night. The staff was great. But why no wash cloths?? Uh i know a thing in Europe,but here , we use wash cloths!! Crazy not to have!! Also please do better referring guest to the correct entry door total different area than when I stayed there i hope they improve when renovations complete but unless noise addressed , i wont go back

The property is old and under renovation. Which is good as we stayed in an older room, that was in desperate need of an upgrade.

I asked for a room away from the constrution nois. I woke up at dawn because construction workers were working in the room next to mine.
