However, we would like to clarify some points of utmost importance to us regarding your review, as you only reported your dissatisfaction with our temperature control system during your stay at our hotel. After you reported an issue with the air conditioning, our technical team came immediately and got the system working properly, and you even said you were happy with it at the time. Later, when you mentioned the issue again, we offered you a different room, but you decided not to take it. No other problems were reported to our reception team regarding insects, cleanliness or breakfast, as you now indicate, and we can confirm that this room has since been offered to other guests, as our routine checks and inspections did not detect any signs of bedbugs at any time, as you claim.
