Everything was very good, nice room, great location…, except the female staff at check in around 8pm, she was doing like … I was disturbing her, and the way she talked to her guests was far from paying attention & respect.

It’s an average hotel with average service

aircondition was very weak. room service weak. breakfast if you ask some extra puris ,each puri small cost 12 sr. extra bed was uncomfortable. donot like it

Good hotel nice room

this hotel is noisy as till KTV stop at 2:00 a.m., and the receptionist service is not satisfied, not recommend. The service at the front desk is not satisfactory, and the food delivery is very slow. Breakfast is outsourced, there is no breakfast restaurant, not recommended

It's nothing like the pictures. It's a dinisaur fallen on hard times. None of the 5 restaurants, gym or spa are open. Very average breakfast is delivered to the room due to no dining space. Key card stopped working. Er... staff were polite (except the noisy haridan on reception)

The room was spacious, bed super comfortable but that is about where the good ends. Every time my GF came came into the hotel they kept bothering her if she checked in even though she's staying in the hotel. And my biggest issue was the A/C didn't work properly. The room was scorching hot compared to outside in the hallways or even outside at times. Definitely not staying here again and I stayed here a few times before COVID, it was great. The SPA there is amazing I have to say.

First time staying at this hotel, fairly last minute booking visiting the Bahrain F1. On the plus side. Our twin room was very spacious and the aircon worked very well. However, the shower in the room was probably the worst shower I’ve ever used, the room wasn’t cleaned in 4 days and the switches to either request cleaning or do not disturb didn’t work. Found the reception desk a little bit moody as well. The area around the hotel seems okay, a few restaurants nearby, the hotel has a bar/club in it - it looked a little ‘suspect’ I have to say.

I went with my kids. Won't recommend it if you travelling with your family. Room is old style. Bathroom was not really clean.
