Staff was very helpful and friendly

I booked this hotel while on the road and when I arrived the front desk attendant did not have my reservation and suggested that I should go get something to eat as third party bookings can take up to two hours. I offered my credit card so that I could check in, but he refused that saying it would cause a double billing. A few minutes later he said the reservation had arrived from Shanghai

Overall we had a wonderful overnight stay on our way back home. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced.

Excellent hotel. Pillows comfortable. Towels like new. Bed comfortable. Breakfast had waffles to make. Friendly staff, especially Jackie who checked us in. Right off the highway. No complaints!

The room stunk it smelled like the carpet was horribleI had to sleep with window open the bed Mattress was pulled away from the wall I stuffed a pillow in the large crack. I could hear the people in the next room. The bathroom sink area was so small I didn’t have room for my hair and makeup. This was the worst room I have ever slept in. Please do not let your customers stay here. I would rate it a 1 out of 10.

It was a quick nights stay and met expectations. Had a quick check in experience and the room was newly updated and clean.

We have stayed at this property 4 times now. It’s always clean. The staff is friendly. It’s located just off the interstate with lots of restaurants right nearby. Works perfectly for what we need and it is priced right.

Clean room and facilities with many places to eat close to Hotel, Steve on front desk was very friendly and helpful with reservation.

Super clean, new renovations are great. Lady behind the desk at check in made sure the room was to our satisfaction. Alot of bang for the buck. I will stay here again.

Upon check in Jackie was spot on. She was exceptionally pleasant and for the 1st time I was asked if I'd like to be on the 1st floor. I could have cried because having arthritis in both knees and limited mobility I always have to ask and many times my request is not honored. I also had an issue with my TV and she fixed it right away. The next day was a pleasant experience as well in that the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for making my stay enjoyable. I will surely stay again and also suggest this facility to friends and family in the future.

They had me in the Handicapped room? The shower had very little pressure, the shower head leaked out of the extension, the water barely got LUKE warm. Some alarm went off at 3:30AM and it took forever for them to shut it off? Overall a nice place , comfortable but these things need addressed.

We booked the suite so we would have more room to be comfortable while watching tv. But there was no sofa and only one desklike chair. The shower pressure was very poor. And the free breakfast was not good. No fruit, and the waffle machine was very hard to use. Not working correctly. All in all we will probably book our next stay with someone else. Very disappointing
