Location is good. But lack of the very basic things for most of the hotel they should have. Breakfast was so bad. At the price I am paying I should have better choice than this one. Not recommend to anybody!

Pool and hot tub were not working. Ice machine was not working. Room was very clean and the service was great.

Helpful staff. Good breakfast. (Fun pancake machine.) Strange slight odd smell in room. Dirty curtains and spots on walls.

To be fair we weren't there very long. The stray was ok. Staff was friendly. The hotel is a little dated. Cigarette burns in the 70s couch. Mattress could use an upgrade. Walls very thin could hear a lot of noise next door and in the hall. Our neighbors apparently had some sleep sounds going on and we heard running water most of the night. Overall this was fine for the one night we were there but I wouldn't want to have a prolonged stay.

Arrived a couple hours early and was given my room immediately. The woman working the counter was extremely helpful and pleasant. The next morning, when she was still there, her demeanor hadn't changed. My room was clean and comfortable. I was in need of a few essentials and the front desk was right on top of getting some to me. If I'm ever in town again, and need a place to stay, I know where I will be.

Great location close to the airport. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly even after hours. Highly recommend this property!

From the moment I booked the staff was great. To the shuttle driver that was driving in the most miserable weather here in Knoxville, and Alicia, who is behind the counter was awesome. Anytime I had a question. Alicia was right there. Answering my question. The best western should be so grateful to have employees like her.

This hotel definitely needs some repair work - there was a hole in the wall in my room and overall it was just outdated looking.

I liked the convenience of the location. The parking was ok and well lit. However, There were a couple cars full of people there every night for 4 nights that were just hanging out in the back parking lot that made me very uncomfortable. When you purchase a room that sleeps 6 people, there should be a bigger coffee pot in the room to accommodate 6 people not that little one serving thing that was in there! What needs allot of improvement is the ventilation in the bathroom in 207 where we stayed. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom because there was no working exhaust fan to get rid of excess moisture. Also, there were about 10 lady bugs in the room.

Very close to airport, has a shuttle, on busy road - can be hard to get out with high traffic, rooms are basic, seem updated but not done well - cheap, pillows on bed were ridiculously small - like a small couch pillow & not comfortable

Staff was nice, however the elevator needed to be mopped, the area where the ice machine was gross, my feet were literally sticking on the floor. Was not the cleanest hotel I've stayed at. Room was okay but I could see spots on the chair that could have easily been cleaned up. Beds were comfy and ac and heat worked great.

The hotel looks like a half way thru renovation. The bathroom door is dropped and need to give it a hard push to close. The light also make loud noise. The WiFi does not work. The pool is closed. TV is in low definition that doesn’t bother me as much. Yet for paying more than $200/ night, I expect a better quality. The location is great as it is minutes to TYS. The receptionist greet us promptly.

Service was great. Found a small cockroach in the entrance of the room. Otherwise it looked clean.

Dirty shower with used soap and hair. Large gaps between walls and ac with huge number of spiderwebs. Dirty phone in room didn’t work. Fire alarm taped to ceiling. Light in bathroom didn’t work. Dirty. Breakfast was old food and good luck if you don’t eat meat.
