It is a horrible hotel, with dirt, noisy room, no outlets in the night tables to charge the cellphone,

I had to stay in Lubbock due to a family member being in the hospital. So I needed a quiet room that I could get a good night sleep from long days at the hospital. I enjoy relaxing in the bathtub however the water was luke warm so I had to take a quick shower. Room was clean but a little bit outdated. Paint is chipping from restroom, drawer handle was broken, and old dark carpet. When I finally did fall asleep, I was awaken by loud noises at 2 am. The walls are thin and I could hear the people next door having a good time till 4am. The sleep I did get was good. The beds are comfortable and clean.I also enjoyed the full breakfast buffet with a custom omelet.

Back in its day this was probably a fabulous hotel. While it’s kept somewhat well, you can only do so much with such an old building.

We showed up early and asked if we could check in. Was freezing outside and the desk clerk was very nice she said we could wait in lobby and let us check in in 20 mins after they cleaned a suite. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Also breakfast was good and we had a big group so the varitey of items was great.

Me and my kids love this hotel. It has airport shuttle, great hot breakfast NOT complimentary but hot and cook to your order eggs. It is also across the street from a convenient store, Walmart and other food places

I stayed here with my fiancé two weeks ago for the anime convention, and the staff really surprised me. When we got to our room, our tub was messed up, so the staff immediately sent maintenance personnel to our room to fix it. They also moved us to a different room and gave us two complimentary drinks. I’ve stayed here plenty of times before, but this time, I was very pleased with their service.

We love the elegante chains ,everything is nice ,only problem ,housekeeping didnt let us sleep ,knocking on our door early in the morning when we had a do not disturb sign on door ....

This hotel was a STEAL! Our room (250) had a living area with a couch and chair and a separate sleeping area with a door. The bathing arrangement was a toilet and bathtub and a separate sink. We had a Keurig coffee maker in our room with Starbucks coffee.The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. The "Anime" convention was there all weekend, and there was a lot of activity (younger folks), but we didn't hear a thing in our room. The restaurant has a delicious, free breakfast. They had a custom- prepared omelette station, waffles, granola, fruit, biscuits, oatmeal, etc. The menu for lunch and dinner looked great as well. The hotel staff was GREAT. I highly recommend this hotel.

Check in was good and quick and the customer service was good. The room was comfortable, but the phone did not work in the room, so when I need something from room service I had to go down stairs to the front desk, and not having a phone took away the room service option. The ice machine on the third floor was not working so I had to go to the second floor for ice. So the major complaint would be the inconvenience of simple things you expect to have on a getaway.

Easy check in, staff was friendly and fast at the front desk. Airport shuttle was provided.

It was nice to be within walking distance to the convention center. Price was nice also.

The bathroom, toliet was designed for a toddler, shower drain was old and crusty and the shower head would not adjust, the bed had a serious dip in the middle and uncomfortable

We were returning from a Grand Canyon Trip. It was great to have a comfortable hotel for the homeward trip.

It was great! We had to go for a basketball tournament and i enjoyed being able to go back amd have a relaxinf place to stay!
