Siye Homestay (Sanlitun Gongti Branch)

Very good location and everything is really good. My kids and my parents like it. In the description, it said 2 bathrooms, but it is only one full bathroom and one washroom without shower/bath. Other than the bathrooms description, we all like the place. The management team is very good as well.

Booked a total of 6 nights at this homestay apartment. Apart from what the convenience and accessibility of the apartment’s location has to offer, the cleanliness along with the amenities the apartment provide would be the only dealbreaker that does not match up with the price-performance ratio. The rooms may look modern and stylish from the images they provide, but in actual fact it is filthy and dusty with the fixtures like the toilet door, tiles appearing to fall apart and give way anytime soon. One example would be the sofa as shown in the picture that was apparently not well-maintained. Paints were also peeling off from the ceiling that landed on our clothings. The fridge’s interior was also stained and dirty. Furthermore, we found something like an “ancient dinosaur egg” under the sofa and were amused by it. We also encountered difficulties in setting the temperature of the aircon that doesn’t seem to work despite numerous attempts. 2 days prior to checking out of the apartment, hot water supply was abruptly cut off while I was bathing at night. Nevertheless, the staff in charge were pretty friendly in explaining to us the cause of the issue. Overall it is quite a decent stay despite being costly, I would think that at this price point, I could have had found a better accommodation somewhere in the same district, and not pay S$700 for 6 nights here. 基本上还行，业主的服务态度很不错，但主要还是败在卫生上。整体上只要你不嫌太脏，还是能住的。空调得修一下，温度根本就调不了，即使调到了你要的温度，它还是会跳回原来的状态。唯一好的两点是这间住宿便捷的地点以及业主优越的服务态度。 性价比方面非常低，要按这个价格来谈，有太多方面需要去注意和提升。 感谢业主这一周的招待，谢谢！

It is very satisfying and recommends a try. The owner is very kind and thank you so much for helping us. The rooms were very comfortable and had a lot of amenities and daily cleaning. Not far from the city center, there is a supermarket and shopping mall nearby. You can enter the store on the way, even a little far from the subway station. The security of the apartment was good. Kitchen staffs are not a lot, dishes are not in apartment other else is ok.

Good location and service, even the toilet is a bit old pattern. The service apartment is not come with front desk but the person in charge can be contacted almost 24h with Wechat, amazing! Near to center of Beijing is the top selling point, and it is accessible by public transport - bus and subway easily, very convenience.
