I never ended up staying at the place. It is not what it look like in person. Not being from the area, I got scared. People outside lingering , area dark. I called and called, no one answered the phone. The ******* agent also called multiple times. No one answered, but continue to charge me for a four day stay. That I did not even check in at. I had to find myself another hotel a town over for one night. I paid almost for a room from March 14 after 10pm- to March 18th Zero refund , zero care for customers, not one time a rep called me to ask me anything to why I never checked in.

Breakfast was amazing! Hotel ran out of toilet tissue. I put my room service tag on door for the room to get clean(trash, bedding, towels) room did not get cleaned

Easy check-in and a great value. Walking distance from State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

It was convenient for an early morning meeting near the capitol and reasonably priced. The room was not completely prepared - coffee service was missing sweetners, creamers, stir sticks and the tray to hold the coffee bag. The tv remote was missing. There was conditioner and body moisturizer but no shampoo in the bathroom. The refrigerator was open and not running. The desk clerk told me that the free breakfast was served at 7:30. I said I had to be at a meeting at 7:30. Turned out the breakfast was available at 6:30 on weekdays - so I grabbed a bagel on my way out the door. Overall, disappointing.

The location had Trash all over(Inside and Out), The pictures on line are not of that location, The Breakfast was $5 a morning, the parking is $25 a day, The personal was Garbage( Treated us like we were the Enemy), We stayed 2 days and asked for fresh towels and was told that the staff does not deliver anything to rooms, We couldn't get the towels at the desk because they didn't have any, French Fries in the Hallway for 2 days

The hotel was in the perfect location for my visit. The front desk person Kim was just awesome... she was the best. She deserves a raise. The room was clean and comfortable. Will recommend and stay again.

It's a bit dated, but that explains why it is much cheaper than many of the nearby alternatives. The important things like comfort and cleanliness were just fine. Staff was kind and courteous. Our room had a few deficiencies that didn't affect the comfort and good value (missing door knob on bathroom door, a burned out bulb in the overhead light, chipped paint, etc.) Some towel hooks would have been nice.

Pros: comfy bed, nice tv, next to Paschals. Cons: smallest bathroom on Earth, door looked as if someone had tried to break in, & fried chicken crumbs all over the night stand..

Upon arrival hotel smelled like ****, on the 2nd we noticed the elevator hadn’t been inspected since 2021 a few hours later the elevator started acting up so they removed the inspection sticker. Asked for more towels to take a shower, hotel staff gave up hand towels. The mattress and bedding gave someone traveling with us an extreme rash. While taking a shower the unit above was using there shower and it started leaking on us while we were in the shower. Terrible experience would never stay again.

Rust on all the inside lamps, blankets not clean , slept with a sheet only , shower head was broken and couldn’t move it so basically we had to stand all the way against the wall to be able to get to the stream of water . The outside handle to the side door was broken completely off and they had a note on it to go around yet anyone off the street could just walk inside the building . I was super disappointed on the level of filth and I would not recommend staying here !!!!

I like the restaurant across the street but don’t like the area of location for the hotel and I don’t like the smoke smell lingering through hallways but overall it was pretty quiet and it did what it need to do for one night

I was impressed with it all just lots of traffic and parking was rough but other than that great

Property was in a good location with easy access. Staff was kind and polite. Breakfast varieties were great. Would stay again

The condition of the hotel was in bad shape. No smoking rooms was full of smoke. Dirty and in a really worn out shape.
