The greatest 2023 season in ,,Armas Bella Sun". Compare between 2022 season, just great and big success of all Hotel team. Perfect all hotel teamwork. Staff are very polite, helpful and professional, starting from first minutes on reception, finishing all housekeeping team. This year so big meals variety in hotel restaurant. Great Chefs controlled menu selection. All meals fresh, tasty and professional cooked. Big Thanks to all hotel Animation team. They working daily, to become yours stay in hotel happy and unforgettable. Childs animation, all sport ant other activities untill late evening or night. You didn't find anywhere so professional and great animation team, who are working from all heart. Great hotel numbers, daily cleaning, and normal housekeeping. Perfect hotel location and all facilities, like swimming pools and everything around. Nice SPA, hamam and massages .

Tereddütüm vardı geçen seneden dolayı ama bu sene gerçekten çok mutlu ayrıldık eşim ve çocuklarımla . Yemekler gerçekten lezzetli ve bir sürü çeşit vardı aç kalma şsansınız yok gözleme snack aradaki boşluğu kapatıyor zaten . Animasyon ve oda temizliği güzeldi garsonlar da ilgiliydi Mutfakta çalişan bebeğimle ilgilen bi hanımefendi vardı ismini bilmiyorum ama çok güler yüzlü siyah boneliydi teşekkür ediyorum ona ayrıca . I was with my friend had 7 days at Armas Bella Sun. We had a lovely relaxing time ,the Animations Team were really friendly and always smiling. Yoga and aqua aerobic were professionally conducted. DJ played Polish music (Mrozu) and the music we wanted (Askim), it was very nice. The restaurant served very good food, fresh salads, deserts and meat.

My mother and I spent three weeks in this hotel and our experience was delightful. After two weeks the food normally gets dull in hotels, but I was very satisfied with the variety and quality of dishes till our last day there. Rooms look very modern, beds are comfortable and the air conditioner is working properly (cause it's not from the past century, as in some other places I've been to). Properly working climate control is undoubtedly a necessity in such a hot climate and we were very satisfied. The only downside of this place is that the beach is crammed, but other factors outweigh it, especially service and animation. We arrived at eleven pm and I asked for a warm blanket, it was in our room in a matter of 20 minutes. The animation team is lit, very cheerful and welcoming people, especially the moustache guy, he is just constantly in the flow. There is always something to occupy yourself with, whole bunch of activities throughout the day. Disco tours are absolutely worth it, don't sleep on it. Would like to visit again.

Ağustos ayında çocuklarımızla geldik. Animasyondan çok memnun kaldık. Çocuklarımız için aktiviteler harika. Yetişkinler için de tüm gün aktiviteler mevcut. Akşam şovları her akşam farkli ve eğlenceli. Animasyon ekibinin ilgileri ve enerjileri harika. İlk deneyimimiz ama son olmayacak. Seneye yine tek tercihimiz Armas Bella Sun olacak. Herkese teşekkür ederiz. Özellikle Nil ve Neco`ya ayriyetten buradan da teşekkür ediyoruz. Sayelerinde harika bir tatil geçirdik.

Hi everyone. First of all if you are thinking about a holiday without problem, absolutely you should choose ARMAS BELLA SUN HOTEL. All services perfect, you can find all you need at hotel. Rooms are so clean, in a day you can find something to eat. So many food and drink choises. All of them delicous. All employees smiling and helpful. During the day animation team doing so many activities. Yoga, water polo, dancing, foam party etc. Pools are so clean and sea is near to hotel. The beach and sea is sand also not so deep. There are lots of snacks, ice cream etc during the day. This hotel absolutely great for families. By the way i would like to special thanks to Front Desk Manager Mr. Ersel Sakalli and Gues Relationship Manager Mr. Ersan for their helpful and smiling behaviours.

Awful. Food poisoning on the first day from this hotel. Food was not worth it! Staff couldnt care less that they made me ill and ruined my holiday. Dirty, stained towels and bed lining. The worst cocktail I have ever had. Broken tv remote reported and not fixed with no follow up from rude staff. Filthy rooms, with marks all over the bathroom. Warm-ish water takes 5 minutes to come through. Broken fixtures and dirty lamps. A dead wasp on my floor all week. All inclusive until 12 and then you have to pay at the bar!! Thin walls so the neigbours can wake you up at 6 talking. Tv has two channels in English, both news. Honestly felt like they did not like the English! Left waiting at reception when I arrived at 1am for 20 minutes with no explanation, and the Dutch couple who arrived after were dealt with as soon as they walked in. The only positive I can honestly think of is the Aircon worked... Don't get airport transfers from this hotel either, huge rip off. Saved 20 euro each way using a vip service with drinks, WiFi and a TV! No idea how it is 4 star, I wouldn't give it 2. I honestly couldn't wait to leave this hotel. You could not pay me to return!

Excellent vacation with a great entertainment program for children and adults ,a clean pool ,massage and hamam were wonderful.One minus almost no seafood.Show programs are amazing.It wasn’t boring.

HARİKASİN ARMAS BELLA SUN.Ben 3 kuzenimle otele geldim çok memnun kaldım.Ozellikle ANİMASYON EKİBİNE COK TEŞEKKÜR EDİYORUM bizi çok eglendirdiler gerek su sporu olsun gerekse genel eğlenceler olsun çok güzeldi turistler bile kalkıp bizle DELİLO halayı çektiler. ALKİSLAR SENİN İÇİNDİ DENİZ DENİZA ❤️❤️❤️

Had an awful experience when we arrived 4am In morning . Man on reception was not very welcoming at all .he tried to put us in 1 room with 2 bedrooms , when we booked 2 adults and 2 rooms . We wasn't having any of it so he then gave us 2 rooms in the worst part of the hotel . When we saw our rep Dennis he got us new rooms with balcony .. thankyou Dennis . Hotel is lovely . Staff are amazing . Love the pool . Entertainment team are brilliant . Food is really good. Though they need to get more ways if keeping food hot . As its always warm . Which is a shame, cos it is really nice food . Need more heat lamps and hot plates .. evening Entertainment is really good. Though I feel it can be very long winded with the host.. drags it on , over all I have enjoyed the hotel , and hope they improve on the reception man that was so naughty try to put us all in one room .. and giving us the worst room in the hotel .. and the dinning room get more hot plates and lamps to keep the food hot . Cos the food was really nice . Though I did miss the bacon sausages hash browns and baked beans . Never had any on offer. So we just had toast .. so hopefully they will do that. All in all we have had an amazing time here, so much fun round the pool. All the staff have been so lovely , and we have not experienced any problems with the language, they all seem to speak some English and we have managed ti get by , unlike the previous reviews . I feel its open for any country . We have really enjoyed our stay here, and feel they work hard to make sure you have a nice stay , except for the man on reception at 4am when we arrived . But it was dealt with . And we are now enjoying our stay, we would definitely return. I love it x

Hotel was very good excellent selection of food on the menu ,entertainment was good ,but unfortunately won't go back there simply because it caters more for Russian and Germans and found it impossible to speak to anyone that worked in the hotel because they don't speak English
