A big supermarket with a cafe is near the hotel, so it was very convenient for us to get water and snacks as well as a great coffee and bread. The room was very clean and cozy to stay. I liked everything and it was a perfect place. The only thing that needs to improve is the soundproof window. It was not too noisy, but we could hear some blare outside in the night.

There is cleaning Service every day. There is towel warming stand which is perfect for drying clothes. The coordinator is very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great! Check-in was smooth, room was spacious and clean. AC and Wifi were solid. Very close to the train station, which means it's a great place to stay if you want to explore Cinque Terre!

The property is clean and close to the train station as listed However I wouldn’t recommend the property to solo travelers as the neighborhood and the building the room is in are both quite dark and deserted at night

the host was very nice in welcoming us. we love the location due to it’s so near the La Spezia central station. less than 10 minutes walk . so convenient to go back and forth to Cinque Terre. the town itself has good things to do,nice streets and very good seafood restaurants. make sure you check the address of your accomodation due to there is another location closer to the center which is farther from train station ..rooms were comfortable and clean.

This is not actually a hotel. It looks like they converted an old floor into 3 apartments. It's nice, clean and very well located. The person in charge is very nice and welcomes you when you arrive. I recommend it.

The management of this hotel has gone out of its way to provide a very good quality stay for all. All rooms have colour themes. Ours, Blue was very tastefully done adding to a comfortable stay.

This is an amazing property. Very close to the station and very friendly host. I would definitely recommend this place. Worth every penny.

Room close to the center, well soundproofed. Welcome (in French). Impeccably clean. Perfect for taking the boat towards 5 Terres or Porto Venere

Small but comfortable structure. I really liked the room and the fact that it had dispensers rather than the cosmetic product kit. The lady was really very helpful and nice towards us.
