Inn at York Reviews

No amenities, no food, vending machine was sold out, pool was empty and the hotel name was not the same one I booked with. People upstairs were smoking dope and it was wafting down into my room. Also the floor was starting to come up on the ends like it was wet or flooded at one time. I can't believe that this motel is even operating for the public. Terrible conditions!

The woman at the front desk was very nice. She told us where to park so we could be closer to our room. However, the lot was Full of people who didn't appear to be staying at the hotel. The neighbors were very noisy. The place smelled like ****. Very poor hotel.

Well the water we had no hot water and my man wanted to shower before work the next day so he had to take a cool shower in February not cool. Other then that I loved it

Bathroom light was broken had to use bedside lamp in bathroom. Rooms all stank of smoke.

The room itself was very nice. Upon further use in bathroom etc very obvious dirt all over. As if not cleaned up from the construction/ remodeling. Also, we had no way of watching any TV as no cable box was connected was in the room. Sticky all over bathroom door.

I had to move rooms 3 times in a 3 night stay due to tv not working then shower not working an then couldn’t stay in same room for 3rd night

The hot water never ran and the shower didn’t worked water only ran in the tub out but not in the shower, I escalated my first day and nothing was done, since it is winter it was difficult to have only cold water

Location is exceptional, close to everything and great personnel

Aweful would be giving this place a great review...omg...not safe not clean not friendly...building in aweful condition...full of coachroahes...shouldnt even be open to the public...never again...reviews and pictures are not true...checked in and checked out within 30 minutes...willing to tske the loss!!!

The hotel room was 82 degrees. The smoke alarm was removed. The room smells like smoke and there was a beer in the fridge that my 23 year old found

Great place to stay with lots of stores and food close by.

Whole room smells of bleach. Can’t shower because there’s sewage in the tub. Must flush toilet several times and HOPE that the contents go away. NO GARBAGE CAN anywhere in the room or bathroom!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. I wouldn’t let my greatest enemy sleep here. We arrived at 1:30 am, and there was no other place to go. So I opened the window, and we’re on the first floor!! Not safe, not clean, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND HORRIBLE!!!
