Good Service, Excellent Location, Nice Bed, Clean, Comfort.

We stayed with the hotel from 9-11 Dec 24 The maintenance of the rooms were very lacking. For minor issue (there were more actually) like having to use a moldy shower head on the first day (cleanliness and hygiene) to major issue like experiencing a falling glass door on the 2nd day morning (safety). What was disappointing from this large hotel chain was the inadequate handling of the safety matter. After we reported the falling door issue, we were left waiting with the dismantled glass door (inclusive of shattering glass pieces) in the toilet. In additional the ladder and equipment were also left in the toilet by the maintenence guy ( we dunno where he went) I was unsure how we were expected to remain in our room (especially if we needed to use the toilet) or go about like nothing had happened. It was only after several rounds of asking (2 hours) that we were allowed a change of room ( and that was only offered to us after we HAD to ask even though it was obvious there were many rooms available) I do hope you will seriously look into your maintenance as it was a very dangerous encounter. I could not imagine if I were a more elderly person with less strength ( to hold on the half fallen door) and poorer eyesight ( to avoid stepping on the shattered glass on the floor) Other than the good view and location of your hotel, I could not find any positive of our stay with you.
