Professional and family welcome. Faded grandeur type tired hotel, super location, needs a refurb. Not good value at 90 Euros. Great value at 50 or 60. Super staff, very happy there.

Hotel located just in front of the railway station, just cross the road within 20 meter. My room was on the back of hotel, it is very quiet. The room was clean. Facilities were OK. Breakfast was good. We can walk to the main view point within 20 minutes.

A due passi dal centro di fronte stazione. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Colazione a buffet variegata. Manca qualche solamente qualche prodotto vegano per chi ha problemi alimentari.

We really enjoyed staying on it. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. We had a very nice time and we could sleep very well as it was warm and quiet. It is good value for money, though. If we go back to Mantua, we'll definetely stay there.

Visited for the weekend, great location for what we wanted, only a short walk into town. Really good room and bathroom, both very spacious and clean. Also warm. Good breakfast, plentiful and lots of choice. Secure parking available, at a charge, but we knew that before we arrived. Only criticism is that it could look more inviting from outside.

Chose this because it was very convenient for the station. Found that it was something of a gem. Old-fashioned station hotel, family-run, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our one-night stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again if we return to Mantua. The convenient location—directly across the street from the train station and walking distance to all attractions in town—can’t be beat. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable (i.e., firm). We were on the courtyard side and it was quiet. The pastries at breakfast were a step above what one might expect at a hotel of this level. All the staff we had contact with were very pleasant and we were allowed to leave our luggage at both the start and the finish of our stay. There is a nice bathroom off the lobby if you need it after checking out. And the price was very reasonable.

A very comfortable and clean hotel. Located right in front of the train station and within walking distance of the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff kindly helps with any question.

We booked this hotel because it was close to the train station - excellent choice! It is literally right at the cross-walk to the station. Being so close to the station, we expected noise, but it was totally quiet. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The best part, however, was the staff: friendly, professional, informative, helpful - just totally delightful.

Everything was fine! We had a friendly welcome. The room was spacious and clean, with a window to the sunny courtyard. The hotel is located just on the other side of the station and very close to the center of the town. Breakfast according to Italian style with fresh croissants in different types. We will come back!

We always felt welcomed by the owner's family and staff. We felt they really cared about their guests. Brilliantly located at the station with a 10 minute stroll to the city centre. If I can return to Mantua I'll be back here.

Rooms were big. Apartment was clean. Stuff was very nice. The beds in the room were very small. I am 185 cm tall, and my legs hung over the bed at least 10 cm Same thing in my son's room. The biggest complaint is that there was no fridge in the room, and in the reservation it was written that the room was equipped with a fridge. Mantua in August without a fridge...horror The garage was provided for an extra charge, which is very positive. Italian breakfast :(....... but that's Italy :)

In the reviews, however, it is our duty to clarify when things are written that do not correspond to reality. First of all, our mattresses are all with a minimum length of 195 cm plus the space for the headrest, furthermore in our rooms the refrigerator is clearly indicated in which types it is present and in which not, and in any case it was enough to ask for it and it would have been provided by the property at no cost. , not to mention that for all customers we always offer the fridge and freezer at the reception. The breakfast is not Italian but continental despite the irony of those who wanted to write the review, just come and try it ...
