垃圾酒店，服務人員態度惡劣，衞生一天都不做，換個臭毛巾説要三歐，室內臟兮兮，樓下大廳飲水機説一週提供一次，窮瘋了吧？還窮橫！前台一位*********女人，還沒開口説話，就説No,要求一個毯子夜間保暖用，她用中指説“一個？”，我不懂中指什麼意思嗎？這個事要求大堂經理出麪道歉這個中指什麼意思？然後開除這名女的！！！！攜程海外部的負責人怎麼選的這個垃圾酒店？

Les installations sont veillottes, manques d'organisation (1 serviette pour deux à l'arrivé). Hotel plus que bruyant, aspirateur à 8H30, porte qui claque, pas d'isolations, on entend tout ce que font les autres voyageurs.

We liked the hotel, it was clean, the room was nice, but... It's the only hotel we visit with an indoor pool, which is not heated !! (It should be mentioned in the description at the site) We are a little bit disappointed with a man at the reception (the others were very kind) I suppose that he had to inform us that no one would come in the room during our stay for clean towels or taking out the gardbage (it was our first stay in an aparthotel, so we did not know such things.) Also, the microwave did not work and the same receptionist promised that we had to wait for him to bring another, but did not come at all... Finally we informed another man in the reception, that was very kind, who came immediately and brought us another microwave which was working. But overall it was a good stay.

Cheaply made and not up to ******* standards

Convenient and quiet. The kitchenette was particularly useful, both in saving money and in reducing exposure. Had some difficulty figuring out the airconditioning Front desk was very helpful. You need to pay for room cleaning. I did not, and it was fine. But you should know...
