Amazing on checking in and out fast and felt safe

The rooms are very good, each room has an unparalleled sea view, the breakfast is good, and there are many good restaurants nearby. There are good beaches. Most staff speak English.

Not a huge hotel but enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was great!

Only two elevators. You can wait a long time for an elevator if the hotel is busy. Large groups are extremely loud on the beach and go until the wee hours of the morning. Pool area food service is minimal at best. Rarely does any of the staff come to your area to ask if you need anything from the bar or to eat. I was honestly expecting better from this hotel.

The staff is super rude. They are a good hostess horrible service. I had to beg to get service. On a vacation

The room was very good in size. For my little family of 5. But kinda stingy with towels. But over all great service and staff was really friendly and helpful

The hotel was good, but the cleaning of the rooms could have beeb better. They never left clean towels, we had to call for towels each day

Everything was good The only thing was the mattress from our room Needed to be changed for a new one The view was perfect just what we needed the staff was very helpful and excellent service Our plane left in the evening and needed extra time in the room they charged us 1,200 pesos for only one extra hour that we needed

Pool was awesome, beach front. Close to restaurants and bars, walkable distance. I would've liked to see more umbrellas on the beach, provided by hotel. Other hotels have shaded huts. Overall it was a great hotel and I would stay here again.

Great stay , everyone was friendly and welcoming, clean at night you could sleep very quiet , family oriented beach access, that was awesome, pool area was good , very attentive with service , good restaurant near by, overall it was a great stay 👍

This property was the Cleanest I ever stayed I liked a lot I would recommend it to family and friends and if I go to Mazatlán again I will stay in this Hotel!
