I would love to give them a better rating, but unfortunately, they allowed another customer to leave with most of my laundry. The staff were wonderful but the manager didn't come to see me about the issue. Now I'm missing about 2/3 of the clothes that I had with me and no response from the manager about replacing my stuff. The room was nice but no cleaning was done for the 5 nights I was there. I'm really annoyed with the manager not showing up to do his job and will be lodging a complaint.

Everything is fine

This hotel is located near Mersin Railway Station. There are various other hotels nearby. The rooms are clean. The power button on the remote control was broken, but I fixed it by turning off the main power.

The hotel room is clean and the location is good. Highly recommend everyone to stay.

The location here is very convenient. The largest inland bus station is nearby.There is a large shopping mall in just 5 minutes' walk, and you can buy anything here.If you choose to walk to the bus station, it will take about 15 minutes. can be reached

Near the hotel no taxis or way to go other place allot

The hotel is run down, we were given a room with a broken toilet seat and bidet water would not turn off, also the door card didn't work, we complained and happily the staff changed our room but this time the shower was broken and toilet door handle broken. The rooms are tired and bedding didnt look clean. The AC was very noisy and kept on turning on and off. The breakfast was not good. The price was ok but still nothing should be broken.

The location is good, the employees are very attentive, the cleaning is good, there is no parking problem.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Comfortable beds, modern, beautiful room and comfortable well-equipped bathroom. The air conditioner worked flawlessly and without noise. The room is otherwise well soundproofed, the noise of the street did not filter in at all. The breakfast is a buffet, with a variety of fresh vegetables, cheeses, grilled vegetables, eggs, etc. We had a great time here. There are no complaints about the cleanliness, everything was shiny, apart from one or two small particles under the bed, but only the very picky guests notice this! :-)

beautiful hotel, good value for the price and super kind personal we just wished one of them spoke basic english.
