There is a really nasty lady in the restaurant. If you run into her, your trip will be ruined. I have a pretty bad impression of Gunma because of this woman.

The view of the mountains and the lake from the room was beautiful. The baths are replaced at 5am, so we enjoyed both. There is a sauna until 11pm, so we enjoyed it for about 10 minutes, but it was completely private. The morning bath was crowded after 7am. Dinner was a good amount and delicious. The morning buffet was just a line of side dishes taken out of a bag.
