Odsweet Duomo Milano Hotel Reviews

Hotel are located at the heart of Milan. Many places are walkable from the hotel. The room is clean and has most amenities that you need. I've chosen a pink room and it looks so sweet and I love it. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next return to Milan.

I went to the Milan Expo in Italy with my colleagues. We confirmed the itinerary relatively late. We chose a hotel temporarily. The hotel price was very expensive. It was a relatively exquisite small hotel with a good location. It opened in 2020 and is located in the city center, 290 meters walk from Milan Cathedral.

Fantastic experience, hotel located practically in the Duomo, beautiful room, top breakfast and breathtaking panoramic terrace!

Most horrible experience ever. They have NO concept of what AC means. They lie through their teeth. Not a good choice at all. There is thick carpet everywhere and who knows if it is ever cleaned. GOOD points Very good staff that try to help. The food in the rooftop restaurant is excellent. Will never stay here again, we thought it was a great choice based on the proximity to the Duomo area.

Brilliant location right next to Catheral. Staff were very helpful and could not do enough to ensure out stay went well.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Me and my friend booked this hotel for my birthday weekend. My friend had emailed the hotel a few times asking for the pink room and saying it was for my birthday. Upon arrival a lovely helpful male member of the team was waiting to take our bags we got to check in and was told we had a free upgrade! The room was absolutely stunning with views of the cathedral, they even put sweets on the bed and a Pantone. The staff were so helpful and friendly could not have done more for us. One night the rooftop was booked we phoned the hotel and they managed to get us a seat, the rooftop bar is stunning! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much really made a weekend to remember!

The staff is incredible! We were celebrating my friends Birthday and they went the extra mile and decorate our room with sweets and a nice note! The food at the Dome is incredible! The rooms are so cute and fun! I would stay here over and over again!

Room is excellent, clean, complimentary water and drinks. My wife loves the pink room and sweet treats, unexpected surprise for her.

A lovely stay at ODSweet Milano to celebrate our youngest daughters 21st. Really enjoyed it. Pretty much overlooks the cathedral and historic shopping centre. Staff all helpful and friendly. Rooms are great. Immaculate and humorously themed around marshmallow or chocolate. Breakfast was lovely on the roof terrace and we enjoyed a good meal the night before in the restaurant.

Overall it is a nice hotel with good location, clean, friendly staff. There were two issues, however, which should be fixed. One cannot take a shower without flooding half of the bathroom. More importantly, the shower floor is extremely slippery and there are no railings in the shower. For elderly people, this is a dangerous situation, one can easily fall which can result in injury. Less importantly, there were no glasses in the rooms and when we asked for one, we got paper cup. This is not 4 stars.
