Staying for weekend with my sister in Milano and really good location and nice room with bathtubs that we did enjoy a lot! And the gym in the basement is also nice place to stay if you like to have some training during business trip

I am a person who never reviews, but I must tell you the truth about this hotel. I booked the largest room in the hotel, duomo view suites. When I booked, the platform said it was 60 pings, but you can see from the photos that this is not the room I booked at all. I want to complain to the platform. The product is not what I ordered... It was already 7 pm when I arrived on the first day. Because I was too tired, I fell asleep without doing anything. I woke up in the middle of the night to take a shower. As a result, the water stopped after 5 minutes of washing. I have been out countless times, and no matter how bad the hotel is, there will be no water outage. I called the front desk. At first, they just told me to wait for them to repair it, but half an hour later, I didn't receive a call to ask about my situation. Please know that it is normal for a girl to not finish washing her hair in 5 minutes. My whole body was dripping with shampoo and shower gel that had not been washed clean, and I kept sitting in the living room waiting in the cold. Later, I couldn't stand it anymore and called to complain. They were very reluctant to give me another room to wash my hair and body. After this happened, no one from the hotel called or emailed me to apologize in the following days, as if this was a very common and frequent occurrence, and they were not surprised at all... In the following days, I had a shadow in my heart. The water would be used up by the storage hot water system in about 5 minutes. I had to rush to take a shower every day, and I washed very quickly, hoping that the water would not stop! I took a video of the water running out... Then the next day I needed to send a courier to my friend in Italy. I checked the lady in the photo at the front desk, and she told me that it would cost 150 euros to send it to Florence. My God, this was only about 500g of stuff, and 150 euros could probably be sent from Italy to China. This lady probably saw that we were Chinese and the money was blown by the wind! In the end, of course, I rejected her and found DHL myself, which was done for 15 euros... At the beginning, I only blamed myself for being lazy, and there was no problem communicating in English. Why is the price 10 times different? Please interpret it yourself... On the third day, I needed to print the waybill that DHL emailed to me before I could send the package. As a result, the lady saw us standing at the front desk for 20 minutes and ignored me, saying that she was busy. However, another group of guests arrived later, and she ignored and skipped us, and helped them check in with a bright smile. In fact, it only takes a few seconds to print a few documents. Is it necessary to embarrass us like this? This is probably because I didn’t earn the huge shipping fee of 150 euros for him, plus we have two Chinese faces. Is there any discrimination? Fellow compatriots, think about it yourself... Also remember that the room number where the water stopped after taking a shower for 5 minutes is: 707, everyone should avoid it...
