Everything was good, but my security deposit was charged. I guessed that it was related to my closing date of the credit card. After several days of negotiations with the Trip.com and the hotel, the hotel refunded my deposit to my credit card.

Always love staying at Aloft. It's always great value and I love their design. This one was good as well except the floor lioked dirty and the indoor swimming pool wasn't heated, so water was very cold. Other than that as always clean sheets and towels comfy bed and pillows. Room perfectly warm. Great location. Loved the park right by it.

The hotel facilities are very good, the counter service staff is very friendly, if I come again, I will stay here again. There is a convenience store nearby for shopping, and there is a park nearby for going out for a walk, which is a good choice for business travel!

The hotel room is clean, has enough space, and the staff is friendly. It's only a 5-minute walk from the tram. Everything is great.

There is a supermarket near the hotel, Trader Joe's, which is very convenient to buy food. There is a subway station nearby, you can take the subway directly from the airport to the hotel, and the traffic is very convenient. The staff is very friendly, the check-in is very smooth, the bed is soft and hard, it is very comfortable and quiet to sleep on.

The location is ideal, the facilities are complete and the environment is beautiful.

The room is big and the shower room is big too. Facing the street, you can hear the sirens of police cars at night, so be careful if you don't sleep well. There are supermarkets and Starbucks not far away. It is very close to the Bank of America light rail station, but it feels unsafe to walk around. It is best to rely on taxis or cars, and you must pay attention when walking.
