Nice stay great location in downtown Monterey

Staff was very nice and gave great recommendations for dining. Rooms were clean and always stocked with clean towels. Parking is slim for bigger vehicles, but overall a great property to stay at.

Comfortable, up to date furniture and amenities. Nice check-in. Good location, just keep in mind it’s at a busy intersection. Earplugs help cut down on the traffic noise.

This is a great little hotel in Monterey. Family owned and very friendly upon arrival. Not fancy, but excellent and comfortable. Thank you for the great overnight stay.

I like this place as it is convenient to everything. It was mostly a Motel than a hotel since the lobby is mostly for coffee. It is still a nice place with a pool and super clean rooms. Rooms have amples bathroom space and good tv, a business desk with chair and a good bed and lighting.

I have stayed in Monterey often but in the hotels farther from the water. The Stevenson is walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf and downtown restaurants with a great vibe. Super comfortable beds and nice pool. Really enjoyed it.

No power at the hotel during my stay but it seemed nice otherwise

You can reach by walk a lots of opertunities for shopping and for food. You need to know that there is a bus station directly next to the hotel and can be a little bit noisy outside.

Great instructions regarding rooms and parking, conveniently located in Monterey, very clean, bathrooms include all amenities, etc. So upscale in relations to many other place of stay within Monterey, Seaside, Marina district etc.
