Very good hotel in a central location

It's okay. The hotel looks nice and the staff are nice. However, the room smelled a bit strange. I don't know if it was mold or sewage.

A rather pleasant stay, but some points need improvement in my opinion. Let's start with the positives: spacious suite, all the necessary amenities, regularly maintained pool, and very friendly staff. The negatives: no restaurant, only refrigerators available with pre-prepared meals, but very basic and limited selection. The terrace is no longer accessible in the evening; you have to leave the hotel. And perhaps the location, too far from the train station, but that's not something you can control. Housekeeping is done, but carelessly: stains on the white sheets, hair, etc. It remains a very good hotel that I recommend overall, but if the points mentioned above are addressed more thoroughly, it could become excellent. For now, you can find better options for the same price in Montpellier.

The room is clean, everything works perfectly. There is a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave and sink. Very large bathroom with a shared shower and toilet. One large bed for us parents and a fold-out sofa for our son. Very tasty breakfast - buffet: sweet, salty, juices, coffee, tea. We really liked the room, although from the outside the hotel needs a little restoration from mold.

The apartment-style suites are spacious and clean. They come with a microwave and refrigerator. The front desk staff are friendly and speak English. The hotel is very close to the tram station, just a few minutes' walk away.

Better than expected! The hotel environment is very unique. The room is spacious and bright, the facilities are new and well maintained, the shower water pressure is sufficient, and the sound insulation is good. The staff service is particularly good. The breakfast is worth a try. Highly recommended!

Because we went to Andorra, it was already 2 am when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk was very welcoming and checked us in quickly, so we could rest quickly. The breakfast in the morning was also good. The only problem was that the slope of the garage was too steep and we almost couldn't drive up.

The AC is too hot. This needs to be improved.

Very good, the room is large and well-equipped. It is the most satisfactory room in France during the 15 days.

Breakfast is too simple

I had booked a classic room but when we arrived at the hotel we were given a large, very spacious room, n124 in fact I thank Ms Camélia because it was she who welcomed us on our arrival she even gave us the room at 12:30 p.m. we were very happy because we were very tired as we made the trip at night and also it was done she who did the check out when we left she was very kind, smiling and very professional

The most comfortable room I stayed in in France!!

Pas la qualité d'un novotel la climatisation ne marche pas bien il faut mieux dormir dans le couloir que la chambre pour avoir un peu de fraîcheur et le petit déjeuner vraiment médiocre

Franchement personnel très à l’écoute et agréable service extraordinaire le seul bémol était le bruit dans la rue
