Awesome hotel and staff!

They did such a amazing job keeping my room clean and when I chevked in it was amazing too

We arrived at 1 am after a long flight. Everything was ready for us and the desk staff was pleasant. My only complaint is that I had called the front desk earlier in the day to find out about the hotel shuttle picking us up at the airport. I was told that the shuttle ran every 30 minutes 24 hours a day. When I got to the airport, I called to see where to meet the shuttle and the desk clerk told me the shuttle quit running at midnight. I was tired and not happy to hear this. Staff should be better informed on this type of information.

The only issue I had was the lack of parking at the hotel. There were metal containers taking up spaces which caused me to have to park at the nearby restaurant and walk back to the hotel.

It is time to retire the Plexiglas at the front desk. TV channel selection is bizarre. The generic remote does not work well with the cable selections. The facility is very well kept. Be aware that hotel is located at the RDU runway end can have some takeoff noise.

Property definitely needs some upgrades and better maintenance. Hallways are dated. Seams on walls and ceilings including the bathroom ceiling need repair as they're coming apart. There was a weird film on the window that should have been taken care of. Dusting needed. My husband complained of the hard mattress. I would stay elsewhere.

Very clean hotel and the staff was very friendly.

No serious problems but the roads around the hotel were under construction which caused issues with figuring out how to get to the hotel.

Very convenient for the RDU airport yet very quiet. The staff were great. The breakfast was excellent. Generally excellent accommodations.

Overall great had a few stains on the carpet and curtains but i made it work. Wifi services leave a lot to be desired.

The property was nosy from our room location near a major street. However, we were happy with availability since we booked short notice on the same day.

Quick stay but very accommodating

I thought i was in a 4.5 star hotel. Nice environment. Friendly staff, freat breakfast, parking, restaurant within walking distance. Clean and spacious room. Great stay and best sleep in a long time. Thank you.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no housekeeping services for the entire length of stay. Bedding or towels were not replaced unless requested at the front desk.
